I just took my horns apart to get working. I sprayed it down with electrical cleaner shook it out amd tested it……. Caught it on fire. Works great now.

Hahaha , I just painted mine put it back on the car worked fine ... now today after like two days working it’s not. Opened it up and it’s so rusty inside gunna spray with electrical cleaner and if it doesn’t work I’ll set it on fire also lmao

Thanks so much for doing this video ! I just got me some horns , but I have a question. Do you know if the 53-54 belair horns are close to being the same as the one your working on ? They kinda look identical to me. I'm wanting to take them apart , so that I can have them chromed out. I'd appreciate if you could give me some information. Thanks

The 53-54 horns are 6volt, these are 12 volt
