Thanks for sharing. I will give your recipe a try next month. I like you go direct to cooking rather than over talking. My suggestion... you should edit and add ingredients amount slide after introduction to all your videos to create more viewer traction to your channel. I am aware that information is available under detail description, but 99% of the people wouldn't know or look for it. If you want to go further than that, change your channel to: Vietnamese Food, The Taste of Vietnamese Food, , Vietnamese Southeast Asia Food, etc...
