The Social Charter: Europe's Social Constitution

The Council of Europe’s Social Charter guarantees day-to-day human needs, including health, housing, education, social security and protection and welfare services. Using images of positive everyday situations, this short film shows that implementing the Social Constitution of Europe will ensure dignity, bring people together, contribute to their individual and collective wellbeing and promote social cohesion, peace and economic development.
