I have the Pyle pt888btwm same wattage with NO issues except the power off on the sub he mentioned. 1000 watts max. I doubt it, but it powers my 80's Cerwin Vega D-9's very well and more! I would recommend the Pyle pt888btwm to anyone. I paid $185 dollars for mine. The all speaker adjustable remote control is amazing and the two bluetooth microphones are cool to.
Thanks for the review, looking for a new system for my studio so I don't have to get rid of my really nice passive speakers and subwoofer without having to result in buying all the extra to make it work. looks like I gotta keep searching.
I have the same receiver and I do not have the same right and left issue where one click to the right or left turns off one side. I am also having an issue where muting the unit, all the speakers mute except for the sub. The fan is noticeable during spin up at times but not too loud. I do think I will replace the small high RPM fan with a larger low RPM fan. The blue light got a piece of foil tape within seconds. The popping on the sub doesn't happen when the remote power button is used which puts it in standby. But a hard power off with the front power button does pop. The thing you mentioned about the base volume coming from the sub, I have not noticed that with mine. It seems pretty linier. I also am using my for mine desktop.
The wattage you commented on is the watts that its using as potential power out 120VAC @60Hz, not 1000 watts audio out, thats why its labeled in that section where it describes the voltage and Hz Cycle...You fridge pushes watts too but doesn't have any audio out.. The average home refrigerator uses 350-780 watts. Refrigerator power usage depends on different factors, such as what kind of fridge you own, its size and age, the kitchen's ambient temperature, the type of refrigerator, and where you place it. You still got 38k get subscribers WOW
Great review! I got a question, I see that you can you play music and play your game using the HDMI input and then connect to the monitor using HDMI output, what if on the same time you connect a 🎤 MIC in the front input, they gonna work together? Or the amplifier prioritize one of them?
We all know that the volume control should go to 11. I am currently researching what inexpensive dolby amplifier to use to upgrade my outdoor theater (cureently using PDA6BU0 from a 2ch system. In spite of the quirks of this, I will consider it.
Everything works except when I am watching youtube tv. I ran it through an audio optical cable. All apps work fine but when youtube tv comes on, it makes a crazy loud static noise. Any ideas?
How on earth did you manage to get a Pyle amplifier that is quiet? I bought three different models and had to return each one because the cooling fan is very loud, registering 64 dB, which can be heard two rooms away? Did you upgrade the fan?
@@TPVPRO Thanks for the info. A Pyle techie told me that all their amps use the same cooling fan. Can you share from where you were able to find a quiet one to replace the noisy one?
@@insertinsulthere488 Glad you can enjoy a Pyle amp. But they cannot be used in a recording studio, due to the fan noise that measures 65dB. Pyle support told me they install the same fan in all their products.
I found out the exact same things about the one I have some of those things are hilarious. Good review I'm probably going to send mine back like you I have an old one and it works a lot better
But it's $200, so is it really a bad purchase? At $400 I would agree with the "Pyle of crap" name, but it's $200 with features you shouldn't expect, yet commonly expected now
Do not buy this. I have never had one before and got this exact one. Hooked it up and 5 seconds later it popped and made a weird smell and said protection on it with a red light. I did a refund and got a new one. Had it working for a couple hrs going fine and it popped the same way. just getting my money back this time. No clue what i did wrong to cause it because it has no info in the book telling you what is going on.
No I thought you would do more of a professional test on it like how many ohms are they running 4 ohm or 8homs ... we need to get you some equipment to check this for us you have good graphics I see you're in to finding 2 ohms quality with deep bass ... the fan doesn't bother me Marantz does not put a fan neither does Devon AVR-X3800H .... $1,500 🕊 Doves down the drain in 2 weeks ..... so if you really want me to like you😅😅😅😅 And subscribe you have to up your game get some equipment do actual test open up the pamphlet let's see if they're lying or not the new one is 2000 Watts " PYLE 7.1 CH B.T.V 2000 WATTS 😮😮😮😮😮..... 2 OHM WOULD BE A WET - DREAM 😅
DONT BUY THIS. It's all around terrible. Outside of all the stuff he mentioned, and as he briefly described, you basically can't turn it off because when you turn it back on it goes back to factory presets. So if you just use for TV, everytime you turn it on you have to switch the input, volume, settings, etc. Also: ARC doesn't work. Bluetooth is garbage Super loud fan Some channels (mainly HDMI) causes loud popping and hissing. Background humming always. I even connected this receiver to an independent electrical circuit from all other electronics.... Didn't help. Doesn't work with universal remotes. No way to update firmware None of the numbers in settings make sense (like sub going to 63).
It's a PILE all right, Pyle has been making overrated crap for years. Don't think your getting something for nothing because your getting nothing for nothing. They make the equipment look good but it's built like sh-t! A true distortion box at best....pure junk!
This is what happens when people just have no clue about what they are talking about! We know its not 8000 dollar Marantz system...Its made to go play with yourself by doing Kareoke 😈💩😈💩

I ordered the 3000 watt rack mount amp and replace the fans and outer shell to accommodate quite PC fans.

I just bought one. But no sounds. And my speaker is Bose sound bar. How do I connect it together in Bluetooth.
You can
t hook up receiver to soundbar, you need to get normal speaker
The blue light is 1000w 😂😂
Nope it's cool so it keeps the misfits from mosfiting

I forget the song name but the artist is Neffex.
