i literally just found this channel three days ago and i binged watched all of her videos. OMG thank you youtube for recommending me this channel i'm not a person who does art but i just love all the art pieces she has done.
Wow she did so great! Especially since she didn't practice beforehand, when they stretch it out it reminds me of those long erasers that we he'd in elementary school lol. Also the guys who worked there were super sweet! If I ever go to Japan I definitely want to try this :D

This is the exact same technique they use to make Blackpool rock candy in England! Although they mostly do it by machines these days, but there are still a few smaller businesses that still do it the old way.
