Here's a little tidbit related to the steak outing.. Back when Buc-ee and Grimace were on their Route 66 "Mother Road" odyssey, they ate at a Rod's Steakhouse in Williams AZ. Unbelievably, that turned out to be a food they decidedly didn't like, so they posted a Google Map review under their alternate name, "Smoky Mountain Live." Trouble is, they actually left a barely intelligible one-star review for a similarly named establishment in New Jersey. If you think their spoken communication is low par, then you probably have a pretty good idea of how hard it must have been to string together a few basic written words into a coherent sentence.

However, the almost identical review still exists for the now permanently closed Rod's in Arizona. It appears a lot of other folks didn't care for it either, and maybe for once, our dynamic dispeptic duo were justified in panning their grub.
