Good stuff . I've used JB weld for a couple of bedding jobs . It worked well for me also .

Well for being a rookie at it, I think it could have gone a lot worse! Thanks for commenting!

How did it turn out? Didn't see a follow up video.

Had to put some projects on hold due to moving out of state. In short, the rifle turned out to be a great shooter....wouldn't call it a tack driver but it's no slouch.

Is this the last video you're doing on this project? I've enjoyed watching what you've done with this gun up to now. I'm the original owner of a Savage 110 in 7mm Rem Mag and it is completely unmolested with maybe 300 rounds through it.....if that. Bought it in 1988. Nice rifle in a great caliber.

I have been working up a hand full of loads for this rifle, but have not shot much here lately due to supply shortages and such. I was planning on doing more with this rifle if the accuracey I wanted is not achieved i.e. barrel swap video. Thx for commenting and glad you enjoyed the little series despite not having a ton of views on them!

@@Welder6131 I appreciate the reply, and I certainly understand about the supply shortage. My father just gave me his three reloading presses and I have nothing to use in them.

@@Huggybear101 Yes, i surely do feel your pain. Primers are my hard to find item right now. I have most components to load various calibers, but nothing to ignite them!

@@Welder6131 My father found 2,000 CCI large pistol primers in his basement......but they're about 25 to 30 years old. Still no powder though.

After watching Kenny over at Eagle Eye bedding and pillaring my .280 build, it motivated me to do the same on the Rugar, I didn't video it because it was such a shit show of my own

Sorry I don't, it is a pretty easy process. There are plenty of how to's out there though. Let me know if you have any other questions.
