I loved these when I was a kid. Granted I was only 4 at the time. I didn't care how it didn't have a face. It made it more realistic. I would always imagine that it was life size. A standing car.
@SnyperMac Not sure where you're getting your parts from, when I had my seven, a new engine was about $2k, as I was researching it vs. a rebuild with the 120k miles I had on the engine. The rotary isn't that fickle.. In fact they can handle over reving better than a car with pistons.. I sold my seven to a friend when I bought the GN and for $6k he took it to a place that works on sevens, and at least got everything rebuilt.. The car's virtually brand new anymore.
@Transformatics I didn't like Psycho as a kid, and now I do.. strange.. :) I did not get that lightbar yet.. in fact I forgot all about it.. I wonder if customs is holding onto it.
excellent review bro , i need to put me hands on zeemon :) i had only warpath as a kid and only later i i have a discovered the go bots ,if u have any extra dont forget your bro
@MrPatto82 You are absolutely welcome! The funny thing was, that Bug Bite would have cost more than Bumblebee! hah! I have MANY MANY gobots that got much tough love and now sit as broken memories sadly! Age is not kind to played with toys!
Gobots are horrible. I love them! Your voice is horrible too. I love it. Awesome reviews. I miss my horrible gobots. I have a few but missing my old favorites. As a kid i kinda thought of gobots as more realistic because they lacked faces, more like a vehicle which stood up and walked. Oh they're so horribly awesome. Thanks!
@@T2rx6 horrible things deserve love too :) the horrible horribleness of your horrible channel makes me horribly happy so i had to horribly subscribe because i like ya so hopefully my horrible comments may incur some horrible love. these toys were originally marketed as mech suits in japan i believe. thats why they look they way they do. kind of like how ironhide and ratchet were for g1
@SnyperMac Well yeah that's true, however my lack of understanding is what's the point of owning an RX-7 that's not a rotary vehicle.. It's like when my Grand National finally gives out on it's engine, then I go out and put an LS-1 in it or something.. Not really a Grand National anymore.. But That's just my philosophy.. I'd rather save extra money and do it right then find the other option (like the v8 in an RX).
@likeits1985 Most likely. I mean people loved doing those kinds of mods to those older japanese cars.. Of course you'd know more about if they did it for the nissans than I. But shoving a big V8 inside an RX-7 was something peopled liked doing.. I'll never understand why.
I know bugbite is definitely a renegade. It's been a while though since I have seen the show, though. So outside of the main characters I can't remember who appeared! :)
@landmind666 It took me forever to get a prowl.. I always wanted one.. Him and Hound. Now that I'm all grown up and got money of my own.. They were mine to be had.. :)
@boredATkosice Will Do Daniel, I've got a couple that are not in the best of shape from lot that I got from a good price I can take some pics and send them your way if you're interested.
Yeah I always wonder how much of it is because of the ties to machine robo. I would still think they could release these characters looking familiar but different (like legacy crasher) to some good success
@@beingmyownfan she's out there in Walmarts. I haven't found one yet. I wish there was a direct link on their app to buy it. I think she's a repaint of dragstrip with a new head but it works overall.
Awesome review dude! I loved the go-bots bk in the 80's! These are awesome figures for sure!
would be very cool if hasbro were to give zeemon the generations treatment, deffo one of those i'd buy, great vid

They are definitely at least a little odd without faces but I too loved them as a kid!
Neither Ironhide or Ratchet had faces either in their toy form.
Gobots are an oddity, but I love them for sure!
awesome!,.. the only "super" i had was Psycho.:). cool figs indeed man!
also ,...you get that lightbar yet? cant wait to see your custom Prowl! :D

All three were in the cartoon series, but Zeemon I think was the only one we didn't see transform.
wow u have one of the tf's i had and hope to get again. prowl was the very 1st one i had. i have fond memories of that bot.

Well.. Tracks in terms of the sticker on the hood, but based on the model of car smokescreen, bluestreak, or prowl would be closer.

A Fairlady Z with a Firebird sticker on the hood...is there an American V8 stuffed in the engine bay....LOL...more than meets the eye!

@Latinlabel Yeah I wouldn't mind seeing some gobots get a classics treatment.. we are out of seekers.. time to make a leader 1!
I have my Zeemon & Herr Feind until now. ;-)
Bumblebee is a bad guy in this line?!
BAHR! If I have G1 Bumblebee, G1 Cliffjumper, Bug Bite and Zeemon, I pretend Bug Bite and Zeemon a bad guy.
Suoer cool dude! I love bug Bite, I wish he was like a Traasnformers Classics.... G1 BumbleBee.

I always liked the ones without actual faces. :D
@SnyperMac Also note the T2rx6 came from a typo coming from a username based from my old Turbo II RX7
Stupid clumsy fingers!
No wonder the toy line failed against the diaclones
@siksky1 Psycho? :) If I have him here in VA with me I'll review him next week with a few other super Gs!
@mantis999999999 So awesome I can't find ANY info on it on google.
I hear these guys are Uber drivers on the Island of Misfit Toys nowadays.
+Norcalflat LOL quite possibly!
@T2rx6 tnx bro :)
I do remember seeing bug-bite on the challenge of the robots cartoon. He's a renegade on the show.

It's really too bad Hasbro has bought the Gobots only to keep them in the dark.
