Misa is using a Black Cloud Black Smoker signature, pretty sure it's a 2 man custom shop in Japan. I got one off ebay for $3800. I like their anime songs a lot, more of like a traditional rock song structure and easy to follow, this, Protect You, and Shambles are nice. Been listening a lot to Forbidden Tale off the new album as well. You should give a listen to their Honkai live version, has a Misa and Akane intro.
The setting of this MV is in the actual studio that the anime, that this song is for, is actually drawn and produced. The anime itself is about a young animator who dies at the job from over exertion or the bad shellfish she ate. She then wakes up in a story of an anime she drew in the past and now finds herself in the world of her own creation.
Great reaction. Kanami's songwriting talent never ceases to amaze me. They've been putting out high quality songs for a decade now, so every time they release a new song I worry that Kanami will run out of song ideas. Of course, they always prove me wrong.😊
