    INGREDIENTS:-
    FOR KADHI PAKORA RECIPE
    11/2cup chickpea flour(बेसन) strain and put it in a bowl now add
    1tsp Redchilli powder spicy
    1tsp crushed coriander Redchilli
    1/2tsp Turmeric powder
    1/2tsp Cumin seed
    1tsp coriander powder
    1/4tsp Carrom seed
    1/4tsp Asafoetida
    1tsp kasuri methi
    1tbsp musterd oil
    3 Green chilli chopped
    Salt
    Mix all the ingredient and Add
    1 cup bathua chopped
    Now mix all the ingradient add water to bring to a required consistency
    5 minutes beat well at least 3 to 4 minutes.
    Now take a pan add oil for frying pakoras once the oil heats then put small portions of beaten batter and cook once it become pink like this make all the pakora and keep aside.
    MAKING OF KADHI
    Take a pan add 1tsp Clarified Butter or Refined oil once it heats then add 1 cup chopped bathua and saute till the water released from bathua gets dried.
    TEMPERING
    1/2tsp Fenugreek seed
    1/2tsp Cumin seed
    1tsp Mustered seed
    1 tsp fennel seed
    1/4tsp Carrom seed
    1/4tsp kalinji or mangrail
    1tbsp crushed coriander seed Red chilli whole
    2 Redchilli whole breaked
    1/2tsp Asafoetida
    TURMERIC LIQUID
    In a bowl put 1/2tsp Turmeric powder and 1tsp Redchilli powder spicy add 1/2 cup water and mix all the ingredient and keep aside.
    CURD BESAN MIXTURE
    1 Cup curd
    21/2 tbsp chikpeas flour
    And 7 cup water
    Now whiske it by hand or with grinders and keep aside.
    Take a pan add add Mustered oil or oil of your choice once it heats then add all the tempering once it splutters then
    add the Turmeric liquid paste and stir in one direction and cook till the oil separates.
    Add the curd and chikpeas flour liquid in the pan and start cooking on high flame till three to four boils arises .
    Now add salt as per taste and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes
    Once good aromas arises the put it on the low flame for 4 minuts to bring to a proper consistency then
    Put it on the high flame and add the sauted bathua mix it well and
    add all the pakoras and cook for 1minute and it is done.
    Give one more tempering to the kadhi
    1tbsp thick clarified butter once it melts then put
    1tsp kashmir red chilli powder and
    1tsp kasuri methi and put it in the kadhi.
    Serve with jeera rice , plain rice , roti , paratha.
