I have a video of fixing my throttle lever, I believe I showed the foot pedal, I’ll have to post it up. I’ll post it as one of the next couple videos for you if I can remember lol.

I think you owe that tractor money. Lord knows, I have worked my Yanmar's very hard. Great little machines.

ok, this is going to come off like the internet safety police; but please take it as a simple, helpful tip..
the "pull" of the load should be at or below the centerline of the rear axle.. with the chain hooked on top of the forks.. it will naturally cause the tractor ( when chain tension is reached) front wheels to come up.. if the load is below the centerline of the wheels ( say at the hitch pin ) then the tractor will do the opposite ( front wheels dig)
thank you for making yanmar content I have a 155D and I cannot believe how powerful, simple, reliable and useful they are..

I know about all of that safety stuff, I choose not to follow it. I don’t have any good reasons other than the fact that it loads the rear end so I get more grip. I probably should have said don’t do what I do in the video. Hopefully others that don’t know will read your comment and learn from it. If I make another log pulling video I will make sure I mention it! Thanks for watching

Have you thought about putting a small winch on your tractor. It would have prevented you from going into that deep place and pull it out. I have thought about putting one on my yanmar 1500D. Just a thought and always be safe and have a good one.

I have not, normally she’s got enough grunt to get the job done one way or another. Interesting idea, that reminds me of the winches on dozers back in the day. Thanks for watching?

Need a longer chain. You should've been on top the hill when you started pulling. I'm saying this, because so many people have died from tractors front end lifting up and the entire tractor flipping back on them. Don't get confident in your machine, it'll kill you before you even know it
