This is meant not to be a criticism Dan, as I appreciate the videos you do. But, joking here, those Qashqai sill plates are now the cleanest thing on your car.

I decided to buy from Amazon. It still took 6 weeks to arrive and I have to say they don't look anything like yours. I had to file down the edges of the letters because they were so rough. They look nice enough on the car as long as you don't look closely.

There are carbon black ones too which I saw on aliexpress.
Another very cheap and easy but nice addition are the covers that go around the door locking hook thing. They just stick on as well and look much neater.
Yeah I've spotted them too, look quite smart, maybe the next purchase!

Hey dan, love your vids mate. When fitting my dashcam to my 2017 qash, I found the front cigarette lighter always seemed to have power? It was very odd and looked a bit untidy so I grabbed a kit from ebay and went via the ignition fuse so the dashcam only turned on when ignition went on. Maybe you could do a video on that
Yes the centre one does always have power. The arm rest one stay on for around a minute after tunring off ignition.
Be aware that if you buy the door sill protectors from the link above, what you will receive is completely different from the one in this video. Just received mine but it's just a grey colour brushed effect. Not chrome as shown in this video. Disappointed and of course it's my fault.
That's really bad, you should be able to request a refund. Go to your past orders and there should be the option there.

18 months on I’d be interested to know how well they have stayed fixed to the car. Have found your videos to be really interesting and tempted to try some of your ideas

Only thing is the rubber surrounds have come off
Same ones I got but the rubber on the drivers side is coming off if you hit it with your foot

hi,how are those working out.I put on some thin vinyl sill protectors and when shutting the doors, they get scraped off

I think you'd have to have the floor panels on the higher part all the time.

i got these on when i had the car but ive also bought a 1 touch window and global window control kit works great, have u fitted that yet?
No I haven't sorry. I've fitted the folding mirror module which is similar.
i have a 2017 model and brought these and they have come off and idea's to put them back on again ????
I guess some more double sided tape, probably an extra strip down the middle would help too
