- In previous video i explained one method of mppt implementation using boost converter in matlab. so this is a continuation of that video and, here i am demonstrating another method of mppt implementation. compared to the first method, this method has poor tracking performance. The current directory 'e:
ew folder
ew folder\bin' is reserved for MATLAB files.
Please change your current directory to a writable directory outside of the MATLAB installation area.

Assume it was required to implement MPPT but also at the same time keep the output voltage constant. How would achieve this?

@@TechSimulator why not Possible?
You need a second stage (some LLC) with a feedback. MPPT is about a power, so it’s about keeping a U•I constant, not U or I separately.
Besides, if you make an optimizer, that second stage is required to connect many in series (you can even do not keep an output voltage stable, but you will need a free path for a current, in case one of an mppt is turned off, that a boost converter cannot provide itself).

Hii can u tell me how you have taken the duty ratio as 0.95
max possible duty ratio is 1. when it reaches that value the mosfet will be ON always. to avoid that, i chose a value which is less than 1.
one thing you have to remember is that we never let boost converter to work beyond a specific duty ratio
