Update: so I listened to this once and had the experience below, then when I slept, I dreamt about an ex for the first time since we were together (since 10years ago) I have fully let go of him but I had no idea I was harbouring so much grudges. In the dream, we joked around and I asked him things which he answered. It felt real and when I woke up, I felt true forgiveness towards that situation. I feel freer and lighter this morning. Sometimes it takes a longer if you have blockages from trauma or other reasons also if you brain does not transmit neurotransmitters properly.as result it takes longer for me too than someone with less blockage as i have complex trauma. Also if you dont believe that will serve as a blockage too. We all have blockages to some degree some people have milder and get instant result.I hope that info helps
