I was pregnant all four seasons in 76 when my daughter was born. Got pregnant in March and my daughter was born two days after Christmas. I stayed inside with the air conditioner as much as I could. When I was outside that summer thought I was dying lol . Feeling for mama

Using empty bottles, freeze water in them, then put into the critters drinking water, frozen water to cool the water down and replace with a another when needed
I know Mario and Luigi were the first fur babies, but Herc and Spruce are the stars. Don't get me wrong, ALL of them are fantastic ( of course Princess Nala, is in a class all her own), but heartstring pullers...yeah Herc and Spruce, for sure! You should have a chat to Kevin from Hidden Heights Farm, his goats have had twins, triplets & quads this year & the mums did it mostly themselves.
Herc’s hair is waterproof. That’s the double layer coats that GP’s have. It it more oily than waxy. My white German Shepherds are the same way.

You know, when momma was trying to push in to get her food, it made me stop because... shey's getting close, close. I used to feed my father in laws cattle, horses, and mules. He had a black Angus cow, pregnant. It had rained and rained. I moved her box outside the barn because of the horses. I was bent over putting her feed in when she decided to head butt me in the rear-end and sent me flying. I did manage to stay on my feet...barely. She calved a few days later. She had never been aggressive or pushy with me.

Water misters are a great idea for all animals I've used them for my horses and they love them and I've had goats also. Just want you to know I really enjoy your channel. God bless

There are some turkeys that do grow fast, they are a meat bird. That is what their meant for, same as there are some chickens for the same reason. They are meant to grow fast to be processed and put in your freezer. The one turkey is growing slower than the two white turkeys.
I'm thinking the smaller greyish one is a female. She would be smaller than the 2 toms.
Mama looks like 4 babies.. ouch bless her heart.

Herc's taking Luigi's neck is just letting him know he is in charge and Luigi can't do that to him or any of the other goats, dogs or people. It is the gentle way they correct behavior. It is good that he is so wonderful with you all and the goats. Imagine if Luigi started doing that to the littles when you were not around. Herc keeps them safe from predators and each other. Even Blue is learning that as she watches him with her kids and how he protects them from harm. His instincts are marvelous.

Shanon, you are going to need a window on the end of your she shed so you can watch the goats and Herc. Poor Mario, he gets locked out in Goatville and everyone else gets petted and loved on but nobody wants to pet him. 😢

When a Buck is “courting” the ladies in heat they go into rut(they literally pee on themselves all the time!! They’re disgusting from that point forward, you can’t even get that smell out of your clothes or off your skin no matter how many times you’ve tried!)
I think it’s time to do some rearranging you need to take the blues babies and blue over to the bigger pan and take mama and put her in the nursery pen

I love the looks of the sheshed on your property. I am glad you are working on it right away, It is much needed for both of you. The turkeys and guinnea's look at Kyle as their dad. He fed them them from the start. He moved them individually from one spot to another. He is the one who leads them tp great food sources and he is their leader. They also look at Shannon for food and water but Kyle is the king, LOL. I absolutely love all your animals.
Just some advice period later this week. There's a cool front coming in. Which is gonna change the barometric pressure. That's usually when decide to Go into labor. Before that hits you might auto put mama in her nursery pen. It never failed when I was a kid and mom and dad had goats. When the weather changed the goat started having babies.

Y'all should try out the GPS collar for Herc to keep him on the property and maybe Nala just for safety. You draw up your own boundaries on a map on the company's website or App. You can change those boundaries anytime. You can also use them if you take the dogs to visit family or on vacation. They're not the same as the underground fence. Here's a list of a few of the brands. SpotOn, Halo Collar 2+, Wagz, Findster Duo+, Link AKC, Tractive, WIEZ, Pawious, BHCEY.
