I feel like you and Etho could have a really interesting conversation around your storage systems as you each put a lot of thought into them, it's so interesting to see how each Hermit finds their own best way to be organized or not that works for them!
I find it interesting how similar yet different their systems are as well. They both have almost the same enderchest shulker system but they're done so differently somehow

Yeah he also kicked ass in the last seasons total chaos from season 9, the custom biom from season 8, the pyramid from season 7....
@@tp6335 Personally i didnt like his custom biome that much, but the Pyramid and the Concorp base were great!! I especially loved his fully functional modern villager town in season 6 🙂
You have! Cubfan is one of the hardest working hermits, even Doc says hes the biggest grinder on the server! Hes so creative and a bit of a troll too. I love cubfan

I thought there was a lot of horn action last season but Cub is really going for it this season and I’m absolutely loving it
And the rockets too! I don't think many of the Hermits would be so involved if they owned those permits, I really appreciate the dedication Cubfan is putting in!

The reason your farm counts as a village for raids is that the system for that considers the minimum viable village to be a single villager with their workstation. You can see this in raid farms where they include a villager and their workstation to trigger the raid
Just had a thought. The crafter might have the most literal recipe since it's literally a crafting table and a dropper combined? Like, that's exactly what it is and the recipe reflects this!

@@xisumavoid hi X! Yeah but recipes don't often seem to have _that_ level of "logic" behind them but that's fine since they need to fit in a 3×3 space. Not a lot of room for that much attention to detail.
By the way, I was wondering why you haven't done Mythbusting in a while? I don't even remember the last time you covered "new mobs, old myths" on it! I know if you do continue it'll be after the update though which I'm fine waiting for.
New myth for the "New mobs, old myths" series: what will a conduit attack? If you build a full conduit, meaning 42 prismarine minimum, it becomes a turret that attacks nearby mobs. But what mobs will it attack? I learned the hard way it attacks skeleton horse, luckily I got it away before it died.
You should put the note block redstone near someone’s mailbox redstone so they can’t find and disable it.

I have my pair of Allays working with a pair of farmers on two traditional 9x9 farms side by side. Bumped it up more with 2 bee hives on one side, and a couple flowers on the other. Stack or layer modules as required.
To keep it quiet as possible in pure vanilla, they're hooked up to ancient Etho silent hopper clocks that only ticks the least audible note block I could find as needed.
You pranked Zed. imagine his fear for the chicken villagers if he thinks there are vexes around them
We need horns of various mobs dying horribly and dramatically, so when a hermit sneaks up on another hermit killing a mob, they play that mob's death sound to freak them out
Am I the only one who’s shocked that Xisuma has 30 episodes allready and we’re only 2 1/2 months into the season? We haven’t seen anyone pump out episodes this quick since season 7 heck even Wels has 19 episodes in season 7-9 he would’ve quit by now
Yeah a lot of his episode content are from streaming so he edits it within one day and then uploads a relatively short vid so we get a lot of videos :) i personally really like the way hes doing it
Iskall hasn’t been this fast, but he’s already on episode 19 while most are around 10.

All the hermits seem to be producing more episodes than previous seasons, and seem to be having more fun with them as well. Season 10 seems to be going really well.
The focus of this season being so much more on organic interactions lowers the bar for "content" as it's no longer takes a 319-hour megabuild to justify an episode. Honestly, it's wonderful!
Im hoping its under Ren or Scars bases. Because we all know it will take them an hour or so to work it out, and proceed to somehow die getting to it 😂

I wish there was a game mode/difficulty where all mobs were neutral. Maybe the more of a mob you attack the more likely a newly spawned one is to attack you as normal, but leaving them alone returns them to neutral? This would be interesting because if you want to get certain things you need to kill mobs. Basically the mobs treat you like they do villagers if villagers could actually fight. I'd even be fine with zombies and illagers still attacking the players and even mobs from spawners since they're guarding something usually?
Reminds me of one of those challenge videos.

One thing I've noticed so far is that Xisuma has remained relatively clean of "fishy situations", aside from the diabolical pufferfish. I am quite happy that I have almost managed to fill a USB drive with his videos so I can take hints from the master even when my Wi-Fi cuts out(again). Thanks for the videos man!
X, you should work with iskall to make trophies for Hermit Missions.
Maybe a 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 mission completion trophies!

I listened to this on my way to work. I don’t see any thing he did- but short on time, I feel like I am caught up. Also he does a great job of explaining what he does. His music in the background is sometimes cinematic and that’s when I get pumped for my builds.
The utility of player heads on noteblocks is very useful for allay farms, but I do wonder if it would be possible to give it a custom sound like the custom music discs or goat horns.

the members of the raid were not attacking you because they were to far away from the targeted village, though this doesn't apply to either the ravager or the evoker. Another weird raid quirk is that the pillagers and vindicators will prioritize picking up an ominous banner instead of killing you. You can test this by killing the bannerman in a raid and see them all rush over to it.
This makes so much sense-every time I trigger a raid at my trading hall the first few waves just stand there. I was worried it was something in my mod stack.

The way you asked whether we could guess whose base the Vex head is under makes me think it's probably with Scar or Cub :)
Pillagers actually don’t have Aggro until they enter a certain radius around the village. I think that point is the point where the player entered the „village“ with the bad omen effect

Your bulk storage system look exactly like what I did when I first started trying storage tech. Annoyed by the long hooper chains to get away from that Redstone block in the basic loader, I started searching for better designs. Found Cubicmeter's videos, then got the link to the Storage Tech Discord from there, and found a design with the box close to the side (vs the middle) of a precision loader to use in my own system. Of course, there is an optimised version of that system they've created (hybrid loaders, if you want to search it in the archives), but that takes out all the fun we have making these systems in the first place.
Allays are actually immortal/title-card when they're holding an item.
For the slime farm, you might want to keep some slime balls in case you need them to craft something else, like sticky pistons or magma cream balls.
I really like the vibes of the slime farm storage area. So creative.

Vex heads immediately make me think of Cub, because of the Convex and ConCorp, so he probably left the head for Cub.

Numero is used in other languages too, as it comes from Latin, with that same pronunciation. It's even used in English occasionally, usually in a setting to try to sound fancy or when regarding rules/lists/etc. :D (also torille)

You should install a rainbow over your beacons. A changing of glass on each of the columns when you are present. Or maybe not a rainbow but a “blinking light” beacon 👍

I was happy when i managed to make the minecarts for my farms only move out when the observers activated the pistons.. 😂 all to minimize the sound and hopefully some lag. But i did it all by myself!!

Imagine if you could put Shulker Boxes in Bundles. Even if it was only like 2 per. Lots of space saving.
My first thought of who you are pranking is Scar. Second is Cub.
You can actually pacify pillagers, if you let one shoot at you for long enough it uses all the crossbow durability and he becomes harmless. I did this and put him in my jail lol
hey X if you still have the litematica mod there's a setting that will allow you to press/hold a button to look at the info of blocks and contents inside shulker boxes, chests, etc.. so that you dont have to keep on clicking on every single block that can store items. it may help save you some time
the audio sounded very strange this episode, i’ve vaguely seen you talk about switching it up and if you have i definitely noticed haha

@xisumavoid idk if this comment has been said. But the allays do regenerate 2 health per second.
Magma blocks do 1 damage in 0.5 seconds. I think once they lose that 2nd health, they regenerate back up. So I don't think it will kill them, but lava would.

You should be able to automatically dye the shulkers as well using the crafters.
I can only assume that vex head note block is under Cub's base, because vex. :3
