The song was done way before the animation or music video.... 4 years ago this song was made or close to that... the animation popped up recently which brought it back to life so much that they decided to make a music video with the original singers.. and now it has exploded compared to 4-5 years ago

I kinda feel the same. Practically my childhood and early teens was in the 2000s and this honestly feels like a song and even music video I would’ve seen in that decade. Back when times were simpler IMO.
Ever since this song came out, it made me realize Mario games would gain a lot from a antagonist like Bowsette. Especially if she was a bad guy that kidnapped Mario because she was fond of him. Make her a capable villian with Peach as her equal.
