I was actually surprised when I found out how many people use(d) steroids. There were always a few guys in every gym who didn't look natural, but most were weaker/looked worse that someone training for 2 years.

I'm gonna convince you so absorb my wisdom young padawan. Do you really wanna look that jacked? This is easy since all you have to do is walk around your campus or work place and see how many jacked men around and look at how they live like people think you need to be jacked to live a full life but nope most are fine being average and in your case you are already above average since you are training so what more do you want my brother. Breath friend, smells like Victory doesn't it or arse whatever. Right now you won't get it but you'll never be the same again once you enter the spiral coz you won't feel this perfect ever again once you hop on that train coz its a one way ticket. Mentally you are pristine at this point in time now hop on and you won't be so there's two now about situations you'll only know once you hop on so it doesnt sound that convincing since most want proofs they can relate to BUT do you have to smell that disturbingly odd looking gross looking slop on the floor to know that it will stink? One last thing. Unless you’re getting the vials from a doc you can’t ever know for sure what’s in them. And even if it is testosterone, it better be suspended in the right fluid and not over-dosed. Same thing for orals.
I'm 38 years old and have been working out for over 20 years. I've competed naturally in bodybuilding going as far as Canadian nationals naturally as well as more recent powerlifting competitions. I'm probably a candidate to hop on gear as progress is limited if not stopped. The risk of reduction in lifespan is an insane thought. As I get older, and especially after I had a kid the perspective on this shit changes. I would trade everything I have for an extended life with my family. When you're in your 20s you think you'll live forever but as you age perspective shifts and longevity becomes so incredibly important. Our at least that's my experience. Thanks Mike.
This is how I’ve felt even at just 33. No kids yet but my body hurts a ton from work and gym already. Shifting careers to a much less physical job, but before you know it I’ll be 38 with the same thoughts as well
I just wrote something similar. I did gear in my teens and now my kidneys are damaged in my late 30’s and I have kids that I’m responsible for so yeah, it’s sucks.
If you keep it under 200mg of testosterone only and you have no other health vices like drinking, it will have no effect on your longevity. 200mg of testosterone will put you barely above the healthiest natural 18yo. It is the oral steroids and high doses of exotic steroids that shorten you life.
Steroids took my father's life in his early 40s. He thought he was safe. This gamble ruined both of our lives. Think about your kids. It's NEVER worth it!
Huge respect for making this video with no bias and no bullshit whatsoever. Just trying to make people learn what they're getting into and making sure everyone can see this for free. Thank you, RP.
Very proud of you Dr. Mike and the whole RP team. I can't believe you're about to break 3 million followers and I've been around since the channel was in its infancy. Congrats and thank you for all of the amazing knowledge, laughs, and content over the years. Cheers.
Just wanted to say I started taking sarms at 18, then took real stuff at 19. I took everything under the sun and it made me depressed and miserable. I ended up getting a blood clot in my leg after a year and had to have surgery to remove it. I ended up losing all of my gains and crashed my hormones. I’m not 22 and have been training natural for 2 years and I’m bigger now than I ever was on steroids and more importantly I’m happy and healthy. Just wanted to share to help prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. Stay natty everyone!
Wile it's good you realised early enough to come off them, my understanding is that once you've pinned you will always have the extra benefit. If you trained two people for 12 months, one natural one enhanced, then made them both stop training and the enhanced stop taking for 12 months; both will lose muscle mass. But if they both then resume training with no PED's, the guy who had taken them in the past will make a considerably faster return to previous peak.
Steroids completely alter your DNA. Although you don't use them now, they have long term benefits and are responsible for why you are as big as you are now.
"Isn't that hypocrisy?!" NO! This right here is next-level self-awareness. Having partaken in something while * simultaneously * recognizing its net negatives. A gift literally hardly any human possesses; not attaching your entire self-belief to things you engage in and being able to appreciate that you can still be all about something while also knowing it is not an optimal scenario. Maddest of props to our Doc!
Do you think Dr.Mike would do it again? I think so, weird though, since he make it sounds like its just negative shit comming with it, which is not the case.
Thank you Dr.Mike. Admittedly I’ve been on the fence of starting a cycle but this video really helped me decide that right now is not the right time. I’m 22 and have a future ahead of me and even with the pressure of social media seeing everyone’s unrealistic transformations I know that it won’t help me in the long run. Thank you for the content that you put out for free. Love you Dr.Mike ❤
I'm also 22. Did a 6 week cycle and gained 9kg. It has stayed on a year after. I felt better than ever mentally and physically. My test levels were back to a higher level than precycle after 5 months. No other side effects other than decreased libido for a period of 2 weeks.
The mordor skit killed me😂😂, luv Dr. Mike. Overall good topic to cover. There not a lot of transparency on the gear, risk/reward, etc. Thanks for breaking it down barney style for a good understand and a topic that most don't dive into.
I have recently learned that the people close to me have been on juice in the past. I used to see them as training machines who were better than me because they got results I couldn’t no matter how hard I tried. Now I find out it’s because I was doing it naturally. Now that I understand that I can’t get to a spot without juice I am going back and forth in my mind weather to try it or not. These videos are helping me avoid them. Thank you
mind issue. who cares about what machines they use and how much they push/pull? I've been in the gym for 10 years and never in my life looked at someone and be like 'oh, wow, is he on roids?' do you and move on
Generally it’s not a great idea. But if you do decide to do it, just realize it’s gonna take a lot of time and money to do it right - and even then, it may be a total waste of time (and you may not even get the greatest gains).
The main concern for me, is steroid gains are mostly temporary, unless you are going to use them for life, you will end up taking more and more. That's why I decided to not take anything.
What peptides? Pretty much all peptides are so fucking new we have no idea actually. We dont even know the half life of fucking BPC-157 which is one of the most studied one. I mean they work great and have many benefits but who knows
@@morpheus2615 I don't understand why though. Is it simply too long? BPC-157 was synthesised in 90s and we have practically no medical trials for years now. FDA isn't exactly helping research these peptides and instead blanket banning them
What an excellent video. I particularly enjoyed the detailed description of downsides, something I haven't seen like this before. I've been considering taking roids to achieve my "natty limit" faster for a long time (anything beyond that doesn't make sense to me). But taking into account the chance that I might trigger hair loss or acne or whatever makes that edge so unappealing, especially since most non-gym people really only care whether you have a "fit" physique but don't really care significantly about anything beyond that (members of my family have asked me repeatedly whether I've taken steroids but within any serious gym community I'm as DYEL as can be, go figure). So thanks for this non-BS video, it was really needed.
Im in the latter group. 36 y.o. been lifting for over 10 years at 200 pounds with 16% bf. I've packed about 35 pounds of muscle naturally since the start of my journey and here i am fighting hardcore for 2 pounds of muscle a year
Love how honest you are about this. I was tempted after a few years in the gym when I stopped getting easy results. But I got a big talking to by someone coming down and he was younger than me and was telling me all the shit you NEVER hear about it. I didn't want to compete, I just wanted to look great in my late 30's and here was this guy more than 10 years younger giving me every reason not to from personal experience. The big thing for me was that it was going to be a lifelong commitment.
Me ... this is me. 15 years ago my steroid use went fantastic. This year at age 40 it went tits up and im still recovering liver and kidneys took a huge hit. My natural T is screwed and also now have Ed and a prostate that is trying to ruin my life.
@TheMan-oe9yq this time around . Winstrol dbol proviron clen. T400 blend and my dumb ass did the math really wrong and all in all worked out to be almost 3gram per week. It started off simple just at a trt dose of test c 200 a week . I think most of my pct gear was bunk too. As i was taking both adex and asin at full dose a day and my e2 wouldn't come back down . Then eventually i crashed it. I don't know what i was thinking or doing . 15 years ago i just took what me and the lads could get hold of and it went great. Had great weight loss and body recomp while on and when i came off everything was fine.
I'm 36 and for 4 years have felt weaker, slower etc. Did 5 different blood test and have bottom of the range T. Self educated on MPMD and other channels, now take 80mg of test 3 days a week. No major symptoms outside of some small chest acne which the girlfriends pimple popper degree has been waiting to solve. Outside of that, good sleep, minor strength gains, but way better energy and due to taking test a stronger commitment to diet and training. I do think small doses that are spread out to avoid hormonal spikes, can benefit many middle aged men
Of course if you take an amount of testosterone to achieve a natural, healthy tesosterone level, you will not have bad side effects if any. Because your hormone level is normal. Your body does not care if the testosterone comes from "outside" or "inside". Only the total amount counts. Sure, it has an effect on your balls if it comes from outside since they are not needed to produce tesosterone anymore, they will shrink long-term.
@ChrisM-h5u what? Do you mean people with good genetics take gear to get bigger? I mean yea that's true but that's also not the general problem with Gear these days... its that young kids use it and they think gear can compensate for their shitty genetics but that's not how it works...if you can't get big naturally drugs will not change that no matter the dose or compound
Hey Dr. Mike... Thanks for your continued, excellent, effort to educate laymen and professionals alike. As a trained neurobiologist, who has neglected his body, and had to suffer the consequences, your training advice and general suggestions and resources are on point and super helpful. I started to change my diet (Vit. D, more fibers, more balanced nutrition, less processed stuff) and started with more exercise 6 weeks ago. This and one year of therapy are finally allowing me to progress from my past. Better sleep, infinetly better digestion, less anhedonic, more emotionally balanced, more energized in winter than i have ever been. It's getting addicting, to the point where I'm becoming curious about further enhancement. Very tempted to try gear, however cautious enough to listen to the experts. So thanks for the words of wisdom and warning! So instead I am going for a oatmeal, berry, Whey, Kreatin, morning Coffee - Milkshake for breakfast pre-workout and keeping an eye on hydration and calories the rest of the day. Followed later by 1-2 hours of workout (attention to tech, range of motion, and feeling the stretch and aches) not much weight atm... Figured out a 6 week workout plan, with progression steps and simple goals... Super excited to beat myself to another shady new year resolution and hopeful to see some moderate results early next year. Merry ongoing christmas and keep up the good work!
I think another huge point about steroid use that you didn't go much into detail is the psychological side of things. Not only do steriod regulary cause serious anxiety but it also affects stuff like body dismorphia, which already is a huge problem within the fitness and *_especially_* bodybuilding community. Because a lot of lifters are already constantly unhappy with their physique, so they figure that hopping on gear will fix that, but it doesn't. Now you not only are still constantly unhappy with how you look, but you have to deal with all the side effect bullshit too. And *_on top of that_* you are now psychologically dependent on continuing using gear because ever since your gear enhanced self became your new normal, your body off of roids with less muscle will look *_even worse_* to you than before you started taking it. Which kind of locks you into continue taking it. So the cycle continues. Or even worse, you start upping the dosage, which still won't solve shit for your mental health but will deteriorate your physical health even more.
Yah, Dr.Mike has gone into specifics in past vids (and on other channels). His experience, if typical, is a fantastic argument against doing more than small, short cycles (at most). Huge anxiety, extremely dark outlook, sig anger issues. As someone that already has these, I can't ever do steroids since I'd prob do something that would permanently effect my life. No thanks.
As a 46 year old man who is trying to cut out bad habits and take care of this meat sack, doing steroids would be the opposite of that. I smoked a lot of weed and drank a lot for the past 30 years and after all that abuse to my body, I'm trying to make choices that'll help me maintain or improve my quality of life as I age.
June 29th. You gotta get in shape now. Too much sitting has ruined your body. Too much abuse has gone on for too long. From now on there will be 50 pushups each morning, 50 pullups. There will be no more pills, no more bad food, no more destroyers of your body.
@@ddwfw And this is how you make certain that he will never turn his life around. You are making plans that are impossible for genuinely most people. He needs to get comfortable with training as the first thing. You are not doing that by setting a standard that even most relatively fit people can follow.
This was helpful to me. I’ve always ‘worked out’ but didn’t start tracking food or training seriously until a few years ago. Now, less than 5 years in, I feel my progress should be way further and have thought about running a cycle. Seeing this I think objectively I should wait a few more years to see.
Greg literally replied to someone who commented on one of his recent videos to stop listening to Dr. Mike about SARMS because apparently Dr. Mike doesn't know more than him.
I want to thank you Mike for the daily uploads. I watch many different fitness RUclipsrs and they put out a video and deem it enough for a week or 2 weeks. So thank you for the informative videos on the regular
Hey there, huge fan and massive lotr nerd here. Technically there are anaboloc compounds present in Tolkien's legendarium. The draught of ents causes Merry and Pippin to grow to be the tallest hobits ever recorded even among Bullroarers and Tooks. The draught of orcs cause Merry and Pippin to have less well known effecrs but in orc physiology it clearly provides some effect beside intoxication. And, light from the two trees of Valinor (named Telperion and Laurellin) dramatically increased the power of every being that so much as saw them. The reason Galadriel is so fucking scary and powerful is because she's an elf that saw the light of the two trees. But after the Darkening of Valinor by Morgoth and Ungoliant that particular substance was limited to only 3 jewels made by the biggest dickhead on the world named Feanor. And i know you're saying "TJ the light of the two trees only emboldend the Fea and not the Hroa of the children of Illuvatar" and yeah, but that just means they had magic soul steroid. So like, hush ya damn nerd. Anywho love your content Dr Mike!
@@just9911 it made them faster and stronger too, but like it does come from god so like kinda hard to suss out. A natty elf is really more like Legolas or Celeborn. Not only did they never see the two trees of Valinor because they never went there, but also like Noldorim just going there were like more powerful overall. For thag matter the men of Numenor, the Dunedain in the third age being their descendants, were made stronger, larger, and longer lived after the Dalgor Bragalagh where they came to assist the host of Valinor. So like in that way they were mafe supernaturally stronger by nature. So who the heck knows what natty really means in the legendarium.
I'm 13 and started training a month ago, but I'm not seeing any gains. Should I start taking steroids? (The type of shit you see on social media sometimes)
I'm not a bodybuilder at all. I swim and hit the rowing machine for my workouts. My question is, when do you stop going for growth and just try to maintain? Personally, 39 and maxed out sounds totally fine. You stay jacked and in great health, can stop the bulk/cut cycle and just eat healthy.
Mike has a couple good videos on how quickly to expect gains...imo, diminishing returns are very significant after 5-6 years of consistent good training. I think that's a good ballpark for when a lot of hobby lifters could just switch to 1/3 volume and maintain. A rule of thumb for deciding how far you want to go that I liked goes like this...Your first 3 months' gains will be duplicated over the next 9 months (so if you gain 6lbs your first 3 months training, you're very likely to gain another 6lbs by the end of that year). Your first 1 year of gains will get duplicated by the end of year 3. Your first 3 years' gains will get duplicated by sometime between year 6 to 9. After that, it's going to be about 2lbs a year, give or take a pound. The first 3 years are the 'easy' gains...if you're not particularly into lifting and just want to look fit, that might be an ideal time to dial back to maintenance volume, too.
I've never heard more about steroids than the moment I started following these fitness channels. If anything, these videos have contributed to my growing interest in steroids
I guess I’m one of the few to not have the crazy sides. Started at 22 on and off till I was 30. Then decide to just stay on low dose test for the last 17 years. Occasionally will throw in deca when my joints hurt. I do have a job that I must maintain strength or people could die. Only side I’ve had was BP when I was at my biggest. Not anymore though. Labs done 3 times per year. I may die tomorrow and certainly doesn’t fear death one bit. Numb to it after all these years. Stay healthy guys.
Dr Mike is great. I love his other channel too, his humor always lightens things up. I'm 46 and been working out consistently since 20s. My diet was shit until my mid to late 30s. Got a bit obsessed and started to weigh everything that I ate or drank. Made amazing gains and transformation. Got down to 8% BF at one point and felt great. At 44 it was like a switch went off and my energy has never been the same. I still consistently workout almost daily but don't feel as good as I used to after my workouts. Most of the guys I know are on TRT and I've thought about it a lot but feel like I'm too young still to start that. My test is just above the 400 range which isn't super high or low but all my buddies on TRT are between 800 to 1000.
i don't think this is true, steroids were rampant in gyms in the 90s way before social media, i know a guy who did steroids because he was bored and wanted to try a new drug
They become educated on what is needed to actually start seeing the results that they have seen other people making. Without social media, most people would just be ignorant and never look into it, unless they have that friend at the gym who is super jacked. That's how people used to be exposed to it.
I@@lukecotton9617im not sure, I feel these days people are always looking for the 'quick fix' rather than putting in the graft. I feel it's definitely become more of a trend if you like since social media became so big. Rather than asking "what split are you on" now the most common question is "what's your cycle"
Actually, it's a common myth that male pattern baldness is inherited solely from the mother's side. While the androgen receptor gene on the X chromosome (which men get from their mothers) does play a role, male pattern baldness is influenced by multiple genes from both parents. Recent research has identified genetic factors on various chromosomes-not just the X chromosome-that contribute to hair loss risk. So, both your mum's and dad's genetics can affect your chances of experiencing baldness.
This is interesting. I had a maternal grandfather who died with a full head of hair and I'm on the way to baldsville in my 50s. I always figure my grade 10 biology teacher lied to us about baldness inheritance.
Do a video on the term "steroids" because I'm on TRT and that's technically steroids, and that's vastly different to tren and the various other designer androgens. Talk about TRT, and test only cycles vs other steroids.
My friend takes steroids. He looks incredible honestly. And he does his blood work. He says he hasn’t seen no side effects. He is 30 but doesn’t look like it , more like in his late 38 . But boy he looks incredibly strong
No one tell @@clifton6919 to google Arnold and heart attack to find he's had 3 open heart surgeries and has worn a pacemaker for many years (would be dead if he didn't have movie star / kennedy family $ for doctors)
I really doubt all these qualifiers are necessary for some 30 year old guy wanting to get ahead on 300mg of Test. This is good advice for an aspiring IFBB pro
The video really seems to be directed at people that absolutely want to go balls deep with high amounts of steroids and hgh use for unhealthy reasons at a young age.-
This. This, this, this. No mightier than thee attitude, no condescending tone or statements, not down playing the effectiveness of steroids, but also not upselling. Really good video. Exactly the kind of insight I was hoping for. Thank you. Also, Mike: Congrats on your Black Belt!
I had a great experience doing a short 4 week Anavar only cycle, no pct and barely if any Test suppression thanks Dr Mike for the advice next is 300 to 750 test with Var
I hate it when folks view steroids as 'shortcuts' and avoid taking them because of that. These are the most vulnerable people who could jump on steroids Steroids should be avoided because they are bad for you. If someday, like Mike said, a magical drug comes that doesn't have the downsides, I'd take it no questions asked. But because my focus is health, I simply find steroids unappealing in their current form, and don't require some moral mental framework to avoid them
Got my blood work done, consistent DEXA scans, really trying to be ahead of the game and get a baseline at 23 so when i’m 30-35 I can make the best choices when it comes to my training. I’m so excited to see the next few years of progress in powerlifting for me, I’m so thankful I started training seriously now.
As a very serious lifter who did steroids for years and still never got his pro card, I don't think this is hypocritical, this is him giving some sage advice. Everybody getting into the game wants to be like Arnold or Ronnie, but almost every single one of them wouldn't even be competitive in the physique category, much less the open
I'm 40 with a full head of thick hair. Once I learned steroids made you lose your hair, I was like "NOPE" not worth it. I think the issue is that many guys are so unlucky they lose their hair early in life anyway, so they have a lot less to lose on taking steroid.
That's a pathetic justification. I've been bald since 22 and I wouldn't take steroids even if it would make it grow back. Steroid use comes from a place of pure weakmindedness and insecurity, exactly the same cause of fretting about baldness. Also, if vanity os the only reason you AREN't taking steroids, your in exactly the same boat as people from whom vanity is the reason they ARE taking them. Thought someone in their 40s would have got a bit more sense into them by now tbh.
Dr. Mike, some people turn to steroids to break through a major plateau. Assuming someone has been training hard, religiously, consistently, and intelligently, how long can they expect lift until they hit their natural limit (i.e. they literally cannot progress any further in both strength and muscle growth)?
Good question, I've been on trt since roughly the age of 32 (now 35) and honestly MEDICALLY applied trt is such a low dose, it did help a lot of my symptoms but I didn't notice any strength gains or too much muscle going on. I wouldn't touch any gear beyond extra test, since well, I've been bald since 23 (natty) and don't care about fertility, and already need test for life, so adding some more seems to be win/win for me, as long as it's a reasonable level like what you have suggested (My trt dose is about 100mg/week) and not something stupid like 1000.
I think Dr Mike did a video with the other Dr Mike and this came up. If I remember correctly the problem with low dose steroids is that the body detects the additional test and stops producing it itself (your junk will still shrink), and it still had an effect on your heart just less. The other problem with low dose is that unless your doing TRT through a doctor your still buying stuff off the street with various quality which can lend you up in the hospital.
Squad! First blast 500 sustanon400 not a single zit in sight. Happy and strong. Gonna cruise and tapper off. Ancillary king. Lipids low. Metabolic panel on point.
yep same here, went on two cycles with a cruise in between and it's the best I've ever felt in my life, the only side effect I had was insomnia at the start of my cycle
I've done 2 improvement phases and 1 mini cut. Cruised every 16-20 weeks over the past 2 years. Big cut coming in September to see what I've grown. Wife prefers me on cycle, says my mood is alot better
I would love to see a video of you breaking down different compounds like you did in this video. I just feel like "Anabolic Steroids" is such a broad term. I've heard if you have monitored TRT injections it will have little to no effect on your longevity. Of course Tren/Dbol/Clen etc... are much worse but I think a in depth breakdown on each one would be some killer knowledge for everyone.
should be noted that TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) is not the same as juicing on steroids, and is used to put a male's T in an acceptable range. There's a bit of a stigma and misnomer attached to TRT with people thinking you're roiding or that you are less manly. Being less manly only comes from eating lots of Mcdonald's, wearing orange bronzer, feeling attracted to your daughter when she was underaged, and dancing to YMCA in public, just using your arms. . . yeah.. that.
Im never gonna go on steroids but i am gonna watch anyway because i need my daily dose of Dr Mike

This is how I’ve felt even at just 33. No kids yet but my body hurts a ton from work and gym already. Shifting careers to a much less physical job, but before you know it I’ll be 38 with the same thoughts as well

If you keep it under 200mg of testosterone only and you have no other health vices like drinking, it will have no effect on your longevity. 200mg of testosterone will put you barely above the healthiest natural 18yo. It is the oral steroids and high doses of exotic steroids that shorten you life.

*now 22 lol
Hell yeah dude. Nice work 💪🏻
Wile it's good you realised early enough to come off them, my understanding is that once you've pinned you will always have the extra benefit.

Thank you

Thanks, Mike! I was just filling up my needles (for the first time) over my morning frappuccino when this dropped!

I’m officially convinced ! Thanks dr.mike, gonna hop on soon
Dude, thank you. This is the information I needed. I was considering pulling that trigger and this has helped me make a more confident decisions.
Genetics are still more important than drugs.....even though people dont want to hear it
I think people know genetics are more important than drugs and that's why they go that route.
I hope the young dudes will watch this.. it’s crazy to see 20 years old on all the juices!!
I always get told “you should take gear you’d be a monster, just one cycle” then I remember all this
I think another huge point about steroid use that you didn't go much into detail is the psychological side of things.
No thanks.
Each time you post, it's a treat!
Thanks Dr. Mike for your honest content. You got me shredded, i love your app and thanks for being such a great resource to stay fit.

I mean, if it boosts the soul and your life force but doesn’t mess with hormones… wouldn’t you still be natty?
And I think that’s pretty cool.
Ungoliant did get some pretty quick gains from the trees but sucked to be around.
👏 I lost it at you calling Feanor the biggest dickhead in the world.
I'm 13 and started training a month ago, but I'm not seeing any gains. Should I start taking steroids?
(The type of shit you see on social media sometimes)
Yes.
Thank you for doing this. I need to share this to some stubborn friends.

As far as I know you can inherit it from both parents but it is more common to inherit it from your mother's side.

The only right choice is to NEVER take Steroids
The real flex as the everyman lifter, imo, is having people think you're on steroids when you're not.
Fine line between hypocrisy and good advice, public interest makes it good advice.
They will only accelerate hair loss if you’re genetically predisposed. It sounds like you’re not. Congratulations. Now hop on some gear

Dr. Mike, some people turn to steroids to break through a major plateau. Assuming someone has been training hard, religiously, consistently, and intelligently, how long can they expect lift until they hit their natural limit (i.e. they literally cannot progress any further in both strength and muscle growth)?
1:50 nice humble brag
Get that Scott bloke a mic already! He's earned it!
What about people who do a low dose test only cycle like for example 200-300mg per week and stay on for the rest of their life?
Assuming you have healthy habits that dose probably won’t have much, if any negative side effects. Studies have been done on this.
I don't use a thing tho, lol
I'm 23 and natural, I just watch these videos out of fun and curiosity
@@RealPlasmodium which ones? I am thinking about a 300 test cycle
This guy isn’t an influencer, he’s an educator. Big difference.
I am reason 2 and I have never been happier. I have a coach, I get my bloods done regularly, I take all the ancillaries. Life is great
For now 🤣🤦
I've done 2 improvement phases and 1 mini cut. Cruised every 16-20 weeks over the past 2 years. Big cut coming in September to see what I've grown. Wife prefers me on cycle, says my mood is alot better
You are still shaving time off your life regardless on the steps you take.
Being less manly only comes from eating lots of Mcdonald's, wearing orange bronzer, feeling attracted to your daughter when she was underaged, and dancing to YMCA in public, just using your arms. . . yeah.. that.
Just know, Trump is your Daddy.
The sports car example was an excellent analogy
