Sebastian Padilla You're talking about another one, this isn't the same band. This band is from Los Angeles, CA. and only have some demos from 1993. The german band have one album and is called "Welcome to the world of Helter Skelter" from 1988 but check out the track list, this song is not there.
this is definitely Helter Skelter from USA. There was a different band by the same name in Germany. I have the demo on cassette and signed flyer from Helter Skelter from when they were based in Hollywood, CA.

No it’s not from 93, they never recorded any demos in 93, that demo song is from 1990 and from their first demo cassette.
