love how he doesnt mention the brakes while the footage clearly shows that the brake bias is not on point for corner entry making it such a struggle to simply turn in
Plus this car has snap oversteer issues which can be easily resolved by either lowering the rear roll bar or the rear natural frequency. Lowering the dampers (compression) overall does sometimes help with this too. The setup we're stuck with is crap on this car. Why don't they let us tune it so it doesn't drive like crap anymore?

Wow, good on Skoda for forced endorsement, but the poor kid clearly sounds scripted, when he says the flaps help it brake, the car is absolutely balls at braking and understeers everywhere. They need to tweak it cause for a VGT its not great like many others in the game. Octavia VRS wud have been more fun. 😅👍

Wtf are you on the car actually drives like shit and we're stuck with the stock setup. I hold dozens of tuned car world records at Nordschleife and tune all of my cars on my own and the setup the car has freaking sucks (snap oversteer, inability to turn in when braking, crappy gearing, understeer when not snap oversteering). I could solve all of these issues in 20 minutes if the game let me but no all the settings are locked so I can't make the car not drive like crap.

(I made a mistake and mentioned the gearing because I was thinking about another crappy VGT do drive and can't do anything about, the Genesis. That car has 8 gears but the car only goes fast enough for 6. The transmission is stuck this way. -_-)

Lemme give you a response that is on topic and relevant to this video...
Having driven the SKODA VGT for myself, I can highly recommend it to players - especially for the World Circuit events.
It is a bit of a hassle going into corners under braking, but then again it is an electric car with tonnes of torque and 4WD. It's gonna feel umdersteery by nature. But once you tame it, it is insanely quick!
I'd currently rank it as the best VGT for the World Circuits, as it just monsters everything in the Vision GT Trophy and Hypercar Parade events - of which there is more than enough to break even on by doing each race once.
The only negative I have aside from the aforementioned handling characteristics is the top speed. It maxes out at just 200mph, which isn't bad but you really feel it hit the proverbial wall when it does.

Lol, they will never bring GT Academy back maybe someone could get contact with Jann Mardenborough (first person to race in GT) or Darren Cox (owner that started it all) to try getting it started but then again GT Academy isn't at fault for making their academy end Nissan left their partnership and if it isn't that then it was because cox (owner) parted from their partnership ending the partnership if I could do smth abt this I would.

To be completely honest, the Skoda drives like dog water with the setup that it has. Not only that, the whole setup is locked no matter what so it stays that way. I make setups in this game nearly as a profession and the Skoda freaking sucks to drive.

Funny how PD - as usual - hides or covers up the flaws they shamelessly ignore and keep in the game. What about the ridicolous track limits in T1 of the time trial?! They litterally don't take anything serious anymore...at all! And people are wondering why there is no rework of the god awful penalty & elo system. They are just not able to deliver any kind of quality updates to this game (at least) since the beginning of GT Sport....no matter how low expectations are. Despite the bad turn in, the Skoda is kind of a good VGT to drive.
