I’m not even a baker and I’ve been underneath Janelle’s mentorship for about two years. As an artist, it’s so difficult to get out of your own head and at first I was unsure what I’d benefit with Janelle being a former baker but when I tell you…my business is thriving and I’m getting consistent orders 😭😭😭😭😭 I couldn’t be more grateful for taking this leap of faith!!!!

CHECK & BALANCE CHRISTMAS
If you study economics at any level it becomes apparent that any action that a part of the economy takes to try to make things better has a negative consequence elsewhere.
Christmas has been moulded by world as a money making holiday. Now however between black Friday and New Year deals to fill revenue gaps, consumers are moving purchases outside of the Christmas envelope thus negating the seasonal money focus.
Maybe eventually we will move back to the reason for the season - JESUS.
Give yourself to Him and others at Christmas.
Ok I have a question. So when you set up your hours that you work your business, what if someone emails or dms your business page or social pages do you message the back right away or do you wait until it's your business hours again if it's after hours? I feel like I would lose business if you make people wait. Or is it just my mindset?
This is RIGHT on point! Totally needed to hear/be reminded of this💞 Running on 4-5hrs sleep religiously is NOT what I wanted.. scaling down to enjoy my business but really enjoy my family and other duties (which must come first right now) is why I should set a schedule, like you said.
