Exactly I was shocked to know that it's history of India after Independence still we don't know it.
Anupam sir has played his heart and expressed his pain. He is not only brilliant actor but he is a really good human being.
Darshan really reflected the true picture with his expert performance.
And his concluding speech moved us to tears in the theater
This is the first time ever I felt it’s not a movie promotion, it is paying tribute and condolences to the families who lost their loved ones which shows the intent of the director and the intensity of the actors who played their roles. Not sure if it will be a commercially hit movie but I am sure it will remain in the hearts of everyone!
I'm thinking of the people who did this. Sure many of them are alive. Also about their children who are aware of what their parents or grandparents did. Are they going to stand against such cruel & merciless behavior or just let religion dictate their behavior in the same manner. This came from the ""peaceful" community.

I live in USA, and have not interacted with any Kashmiri, Hindu or Muslim, in all these years. But just hearing about the ethnic cleansing that took place, with almost all masjids joining in, and allowing their space and loudspeakers , to threaten the helpless , about warning them to leave,about murder, rape and loot, where the constabulary was muslim, cleansing was easy if the law does not enter. The silence of the indian media, the silence of practically the entire Indian political spectrum, has traumatized me, without even being a first hand spectator . The silence of the international press including the New York times, and Washington post, which write articles if a dalit man is lynched in bihar or UP, but kept mostly silent, when this was taking place including Sonia Gandhi. Only now , 25 years later, people are talking about. Even now I am afraid people are not sufficiently aroused.

This is the first time ever I felt it’s not a movie promotion, it is paying tribute and condolences to the families who lost their loved ones which shows the intent of the director and the intensity of the actors who played their roles. Not sure if it will be a commercially hit movie but I am sure it will remain in the hearts of everyone

One of my friends family came to Bhopal from Kashmir 25 yrs back. They lost their business,two big bunglows ,pets and everything. Her parents were in depression for years.last yr she lost her father and her mother is suffering from alzimers .I saw their pain for years .. what our politicians are doing..when will they go to their place

I visited Kashmir in 1989. On surface everything was normal . Only thing odd I heard was about preaching of Mullas on loudspeaker. It was not in Kashmiri but in Urdu. It was full of hatred about India and Hindus! No one had clue how place will change in few years.
