What amazes me about artistic people like this is... they see the finished product before they even start. I would not know where to even start on an old tree stump. Damn, I love to see artistic people work their magic on ordinary things.
This is absolutely gorgeous!! You are so talented. You looked at an old stump and had vision of how you could make it look and you came away with a beautiful work of art!!
@@noras.9774 Hey Nora. 😉 I'm just being cheeky. I know what you mean. It's just you sound like my sister and I tell her that when i feel like she over blows a compliment. Lol.
A true artist, I loved the video from start to end. What a pleasure to watch, a creation born and getting a purpose back in life. Truly immaculate work. South Africa . Cape Town
Such patience and vision - admirable. To see the finished table inside a mass of roots and bark is a Michelangelo trait - keep up your marvelous work!!
Excellent job. He is a sculpture, artist and carpenter. Very skilled he should come and work overseas anyone will be more than happy to employ him. Congratulations.
I hope they make enough money to buy respirators! Even outdoors that was dangerous, to spray with one's head so close. I want these creative people to live long and healthy lives!
MMMmmm…. Thinking foot protection as well!!! Maybe some protective eye wear too! 😮 Although- my grandfather always made the same things from driftwood and tree roots/stumps in the 1960’s without any protective gear and he lived into his late 80s. Maybe safety is a wasteful expense. They have great camera equipment though!! 👍
This is something I have always wanted to do with old stumps, I see tables, chairs, stools, in them. Never ever tried to take on the task. Didn't know what tools I needed, couldn't move the stump and if I did, there wasn't any place I could work on it. I love seeing all the beautiful things a gifted person can do with tree stumps. Simply beautiful.
Never, didn’t, couldn’t, wasn’t, all negative words in your blurb.. Leave them out of your good vocabulary. If you can conceive it, you probably can achieve it. Maybe not easy, but hard work went into all inventions and masterpieces. Do not talk yourself out of your visions and ideas. You have it in you to realize your dreams.
I can tell that person that gave that ridiculous comment doesn’t know about good doesn’t have an imagination. Everybody has a gift and this man is trying to build something her sculpt or something and that’s his talent man I do I would like that stuff in my house, cause I like exotic things something that nobody has, especially that you built and sculpted with your hands, I give him a thumbs up you go guy you show him what you can do what you can make of that tree stump🙏👍😱🖐🏼⭐️
Wow unbelievable, I am impressed. I was thinking I can't see how its possible to make something beautiful out of that stump it was ugly. I never give up hope think positive you did it, it is just beautiful in that outdoor setting just the perfect place looks magnificent there so rich in bringing out the colour of the plant they blend so well together. I love it, a lot of work it paid of in the end.
Yes. I had a friend from Minnesota who traveled to Asia every year and would purchase a container full of woodwork made by prisoners. He showed me a very large eagle, and told me he already had a buyer for it willing to pay $3000. The eagle cost him $20. This was a few decades ago.
Try $15,000.00!!! That’s the price for unique works of art! Average price here for something like that easily $3,000 to $6,000. Kid you not! If I had that kind of money I’d support all the artists and be broke again!😂🙏🏻🤔❤️
These are basicly roots & stump of trees, they make beautiful furniture from them, mostly in the Philippines, it may have spread to Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia & China as well, love it ❤️
A lot of work! I thought he was going to make it into a huge coffee table with one piece of glass as the surface. But this is nice as well and certainly unique.
The ugly duckling didn't turn into a swan all by itself it took this magnificent artist the one i'm watching right now. Why do the artisans of these videos stay off camera. Give them a name at least. They're brilliant.
I have big pieces of wood in my home just as i found them. For their beauty. Im an artist. Sometimes the piece of wood is better than anything i could xo to it.
One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. In his eyes he saw the potential beauty beyond the natural eye. Beautiful!!!
I see it more like art than a functional piece of furniture. Great job, Mother Nature gave
You the foundation.
It is, but more like a decorative side table... functional for small items
I thought they'd use a larger glass plate for it. Those two small ones just don't get it, it makes for a lot of wasted space, (in my opinion).
What amazes me about artistic people like this is... they see the finished product before they even start. I would not know where to even start on an old tree stump. Damn, I love to see artistic people work their magic on ordinary things.
Absolutely Beautiful, that old stump turned into a Gorgeous Table! A Big Two Thumbs Up 👍🏽👍🏽
👍
Seriously?
@@sherryrutledge8792 Seriously.
Not for me. I wouldn't give that house room.
This is absolutely gorgeous!! You are so talented. You looked at an old stump and had vision of how you could make it look and you came away with a beautiful work of art!!
That was an awesome work of art. He's not just a carpenter, he is an amazing artist.
So natural, it is a piece of art! Mother nature is more beautiful than any creation of man!
Calm down

I wasn't sure where this would go, at first...but wowee...that's a beauty.
I really take my hat off to this man for his unbelievable creative imagination with a piece of haphazard tree trunk. Wow !
He's an artist, not carpenter. Beautiful work of art.
and who u are 😂
The stump is a work of art. Nothing can improve it other than sanding and staining it the way it is.
These people that do this are amazing they are the true artists.
Absolutely magnificent!🪵 Beauty in nature.😊
I'm surprised that someone can see the artistic potential hiding in a gnarled, branchy, old tree trunk. Amazing work.
I know, right? I was wondering where he was taking us with this ugly piece of trash! Amazing.
You’ve penned my feelings .. Magnificent 🎄🎄
A gnarled branch old tree trunk is art before the artist touches it. Knowing when to stop cutting is the gift.
Such patience and vision - admirable. To see the finished table inside a mass of roots and bark is a Michelangelo trait - keep up your marvelous work!!
Luv it when the bark falls away to reveal the beautiful wood underneath!
A stunning masterpiece! You have the eyes and heart of an unfathomable creator.
Excellent job. He is a sculpture, artist and carpenter. Very skilled he should come and work overseas anyone will be more than happy to employ him. Congratulations.
He makes sculptures. He is a sculptor. Overseas where? What's wrong with him doing what he's good at where he is. Very judgy. Must be Murican.
I hope they make enough money to buy respirators! Even outdoors that was dangerous, to spray with one's head so close. I want these creative people to live long and healthy lives!
Excellent point. Thanks for pointing it out

WOW,that turned out beautifully!
Absolutely beautiful! Nice job.
Remarkable piece. You could easily see it grace the halls of gracious homes.😊😊
Oh! I get it now. Lovely idea.
Beautiful! When you see a vision, and all its possibilities. Keep creating.♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
A full glass top would look amazing with that piece, nice job......👏

Oh my this is gorgeous. How talented you both are.
Working in flip flops! They're brave. I'd be wearing steel toe cap boots lugging that thing around and using power tools etc.
Keyword: Chainsaw pants.
It has nothing to do with bravery. Steel toed boots are not that affordable for these people.
Lovely, he has an imaginative eye. Well done.
Beautiful awesome amazing! Great job! That's why I love tree stumps!
Very beautiful. I would use a larger glass tabletop if it were mine :)
Beautiful! I only watched the beginning then the end when he was spraying the varnish on...I swear I could almost smell it lol
You are a great artist,so much talent .l love your work. You see beauty in everything. Keep up the good work.bless you.😊😅❤🎉

It is truly--- an awesome work of art! God created the tree and He created the artist! ❤️ ❤️
Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of art!
Artistic use of authentic material. Mother nature really is the best.
Incredible. That would easily be a $1,500. Dollar piece here in the states.

Wow. To see the potential beauty in a tree stump makes you a true artist. Gorgeous ❤❤
WOW just amazing watching you make something so beautiful . Many Thanks, for saving the wood too
He is working outside with the most basic tools which makes this table a huge accomplishment. No lifts, pulleys, shavers, etc.. Great job!
You are truly an artist. Thanks
Love watching creative people that's beautiful
Beautiful - I liked the before stump, but love the transformation. 😊

beautiful job sir, I was rooting for you. Loved the video.
You were ‘rooting ‘ for him. I could believe it ‘wood’ be so beautiful until I ‘saw’ it finished!
Absolutely beautiful! Such talented people!!
Though it is labourious and need more attention, I appreciate the wonderful result you carved. Love from India....
Like this work. It’s all to do with what the artist sees in their mind. 👍🏼👍🏼
a rich person would pay thousands for that, just amazing
I love it! No eye protection or gloves, flip flop wearing artist.
No shirt. Not a great idea. Insects, stingy things in the root system. Oh well.
