Love the 77 Firebird T/A and Kenworth W900
Just commented, but you dont have to be southern to like this movie, it was so much GD fun. And if you are in any rural area, or even liked CB's, you would be into it.
I'm from England and I adore all 3 of these movies. "east bound & down" :-)
I'm 16 and I do too so I mean I guess we are the good part of our generation
I was a teen at the time. Learned to love beer and some country music. The Great One was fantastic, and I truly loved Fred

Buford T. Justice: (Annoyed) Well no shit.
Saw this movie as a young pup at a DRIVE IN. Place was full of Trans Am cars, looked like the parking lot of a Journey concert. Damn I miss those times - this movie really represents a part the 70's well. The FUN part.

R.I.P Burt Reynolds
This song"and movie"is irreplaceable!!,one of a kind 👍 👌
Dec 8, 2006. Gooddd damn. I was born 2 years before this was uploaded.
" What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law. "
Gary Phillips go to hell
jonathan henry that’s a quote
I don't know, that "I'M GOING TO BBQ YOUR ASS IN MOLASSES!" is pretty damned good too.
Jackie Gleason adlibbed something like 80% of his lines because he hated the original script.
Hal Needham wisely let him run with it and the rest is movie history.
Respect is earned not given .
R.I.P Burt. You brought joy to millions & will continue. Thank you for the memories .
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN !!!!
USA isn't the only Western country adversely impacted by globalisation grow up and act like a mature adult. I know this is extremely difficult for the Republican supporter base
Ahhh yes.. nothing better than a 74 Kenworth W900 hauling a load of fresh Coors beer!
still love this movie never gets old the best cast they could ever put together for an awesome movie
East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
We're gonna do what they say can't be done.
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there.
I'm east bound, just watch ol' "Bandit" run.
Keep your foot hard on the pedal. Son, never mind them brakes.
Let it all hang out 'cause we got a run to make.
The boys are thirsty in Atlanta and there's beer in Texarcana.
And we'll bring it back no matter what it takes.
East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
We're gonna do what they say can't be done.
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there.
I'm east bound, just watch ol' "Bandit" run.
East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
We're gonna do what they say can't be done.
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there.
I'm east bound, just watch ol' "Bandit" run.
Ol' Smokey's got them ears on and he's hot on your trail.
He aint gonna rest 'til you're in jail.
So you got to dodge 'im and you got to duck 'im,
You got to keep that diesel truckin'.
Just put that hammer down and give it hell.
East bound and down, loaded up and truckin',
We're gonna do what they say can't be done.
We've got a long way to go and a short time to get there.
I'm east bound, just watch ol' "Bandit" run.
Greatest movie ever made in the history of the universe! I was a teenager when this movie came out. Everyone was on A game for this one. Burt was the biggest movie star going and Sally was as pretty as can be. The 70's was great time to be a kid.
Greatest ever made? LMAO..
@@BAKER22-l4u .....lol, bud it wasn't meant to be taken literally , I was just having some fun with an over the top shout out for my love of this movie as well as a nostalgic nod to the memories of youth and the fun we had that era.
Jerry Reed was one of the best musicians and singers for country that I had ever heard...if anyone could live forever I wish he could have...
Nobody lives for ever and nobody would want to
Ahhh....that oh so way too brief period in American history when the South was actually considered.........COOL! ".......Kojak, with a Kodak........" Love it, though I suspect that these 70s references would be lost on anyone born after 1985.
we need it back😔 and the CB fad would be cool to. still need to put one in my car
I BELIEVE THIS IS A TOP FUNNIEST MOVIES EVER MADE
Great Song and a Great Movie and Jerry Reed left all of us fans that love this movie and he was a great Actor
