I have mixed feelings about this. It was rumored that Tom Kenny would reprise his role as Starscream, which would be nice, but I guess Steve works too.

I was thinking the same honestly. Steve's Randall Boggs voice with a bit more raspiness would work very well. I think he'll do great. Also, love the speed racer helmet in the background.

My guess transformers one portrayal of star scream will be a mafia boss type character and steve buscemi played that type of character before in boardwalk empire show
I feel like he could really give a more sly, scoundrel performance as Starscream in the movie since Starscream appears to be the leader of some kind of rebel group in the trailer, though he probably has sinister intentions, because of course Starscream would.
god if John Goodman came back to transformers after the late bayverse slog, I'd hope he'd be in this one so he could tell starscream to shut up (any big lebowski fans?)
Could be, personally I feel that this casting choice has to be for screamer the same way they cast Keegan for Bee cause it just makes sense. BUT a Steve Buscemi Quintesson would be kinda cool to see on screen. And funny lol
