Jake is friendly beagle, he can easily adapt to his ambiance and befriend other dogs, he's a hunter dog their specie are so friendly, you're lucky to have trained him at young age, he's the kind of dog who doesnt easily forget his owners, loyal to the top

For $700 a month I would probably live there full-time. I’m looking forward to see your upcoming video to learn how much it would actually cost to stay there as far as food and entertainment go and transportation
That's a nice place to stay in ! Here in the US it's about $900 a week to stay somewhere like that by the beach ⛱ . Beautiful place to stay at for the right price for a month. 😊👋

exceptional place, with jake and sherlyn the island wahine....jake so carefree and brave, so used to the water he just jumped in there to retrieve something sherlyn threw and the bigger dog chickened out like "are you crazy!?".....and P35k for one whole month, that's insane! that's like $24 a day for a villa and your only out of pocket expenses would be for food, drinks etc etc...no need to pay for electricity and power.

I've been to Dauin long time ago. The beach is stunning. It's a peaceful place and Dumaguete is really a paradise. Many foreigners are living there. Enjoy your month stay and keep safe.

It started disappearing when forests in the Philippines also started to disappear in the 1970s. At around the same time, traditional sails (layag) made from pandan mats (banig) also started to disappear because of the introduction of modern motor engines. Today most bangka are made with fiberglass or plywood. I still wish there was an organization that preserves these traditions. Thanks for showing Dauin as this is the first time that I became aware of such place. So beautiful and so unique. At US$700 or Php35,000 a month, that is just about Php1,200 per day, it is a bargain. I hope to be there after the pandemic is over.

Wow the resort is massive and you have a nice and spacious room. Love the tropical vibes those trees and nipa huts. 35K is a good deal it's like you're staying your own private beach resort. I tell you that's cheaper compared in the accommodation here in Mactan where I'm from or even in Cebu city it's too expensive.
