Good morning! What a weird vlog buy I'm curious if any one has done their motorbike LTO renewal post lockdown?
I'll process mine 1st or 2nd week of October.
I've done my motorbike LTO renewal Finn last December.
I wish they will just make an appointment basis that way you don't have to fall in line and wait for hours.
Did it two months after the due date just paid overdue fees. 🤣Here in our place lto transactions is through appointment basis.
Much worst here in our place.. my husband need to register his name and fall in line at around 1am if you came past 3am you will not accomodate anymore.. so he have to pay for someone who will do it for him .. since he is working night ship ... that the reality.. 😓😣😣..

The Philippine government really need to improve services. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous!
Many unemployed now so wish they could hire some to speed up the process (one guy waiting there 3 days to renew..)

Finn, it would help to place any important paper of your vehicles in a Zip Lock bags so they are safe from getting wet in the vehicle.
It’s good you got the second house with that big mango tree. The first house , is not good to live in next to any towers like cell phone. Its Hospicio De San Jose - home for the aged That has nobody to take care of them. Owned by the Cui family. Visits may be arranged to donate or just to cheer the elderly.

I think that old building is "Hospicio De San Jose"! It's a hospice or home for the aged. You can visit there to give food and donations or just to cheer up the elderly people.

One of the reasons I don’t bother traveling here in the Philippines at the moment is because it’s made hard for a reason yes you can travel but the hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous for that reason and of course everyone’s safety looking forward to 2022 hopefully things might be easier here then
Yes we been in 6 am in a line for emmission test last Sept.28 also. Then after the LTO to come back on October 1. But we visit LTO october 5 done registration but no sticker available.

Great, you’ve dropped by Hospicio de San Jose. There were about 30 of lolos & lolas there the last time we visited way back 2012. They wore yellow green uniforms, slightly similar to the color of your jacket. They get so happy when one visits them. One small deed you do to them, means a lot as you see on their smiles. What's it like moving around Cebu Island ? Do you need to get official permissions for every travel destination? Here on Camiguin they're imposing 2 week quarantine for all who arrives.

haha..I had same experience at PLDT last week.. 6am go PLDT for Number and they open 9am... I got number 12.. I went to apply for internet transfer. The worst thing is that they don't know when it will be possible. they said 1month..or 2 month...LOL.

There are vehicle registration services at most emission centers. You can just leave you papers there, pay the fees and return at the date stated by the ofc.
I think its best to put your paper on a transparent file paper or put it on a large ziploc to avoid any damage to your documents

I live in Muntinlupa. In May since I'm a Senior Citizen, i completed emissions and registration of my Honda Click in about 4 hours. Yesterday i did my car in about the same amount of time. The LTO system in the Philippines is very tree unfriendly. You need paper for everything. When oh when will they start using computer technology. It's absolutely insane!

Here in Imus car & motor registration process is muc faster. Last thursday i went to maynilad arrived at 8:30 in the morning since im asenior c itizen my priority no 17 . Since its a complaint dept i finished my transaction at 11:55am. Generally the process is fast also with only 3 personnel assisting around 300 people cut off is for 150 senior and 150 regular

This is due to COVID 19 protocols & for social distancing inside the LTO office.
You had a long ride to Moalboal on a scooter. Total respect ✊, that is a long one, I rented a private van to take me from Mactan to Moalboal, over 4 hours due to traffic.
