Wow...great fight, but I have seen mamy MMA fighters take the same shot and not flinch at it. Or, they tough through it and let the figjt go. Chris Leben is a great example. Not necessarily a knee to the head...but several knockout shots to follow a big blow, and he came out on top. Tip of the cap to him though for knowing he could not continue the fight.
