If this is 3x16A unit, how does it perform 7kW (32A) AC? Is there any realy which connects L1 and L2, or it reuses supercharing bypass relays to connect L1 and L2, and therefore making HV battery live at mains voltage (lost of glavanic isolation)?
I just checked my Model X. I have phase 3 offline when charging AC with my 3 phase AC charger. I only had bad fuses. So always remember to check this first before surrender. I think it is always bad design if the fuse is not the first one that will break. It is the fuse main purpose.
not really an ev clinic, you didn't show how to repair, in fact you didn't even show the bottom of the board, thought was going to be a good chanel but not showing how to repair at all
Actualy it is shown enough for skilled techinicans, after watching video those could make first repair without any help. And btw i recorded it that way to filter out noobs who could hurt himself, damage car even more, start fire …. Or doing repairs for free and dumping prices of real hard work. If you need training we have out own academy for that, if video not enough
Love you guys. You are so far ahead of everyone in EV repairs.
Well done!

What is the type and code for the protective diodes? 30A 600V?
Nice job! Interesting that you don't use flux, I solder much easier and better me when I use it..
On small micro soldering is used. Heavy stuff i use solder wire with flux to heat up spot quickly
Hi EV CLINIC, can these charger also be damaged due to load balancing? Like the evse is constant adjusting the charge current?
Slightly posibility
Hi, what is the cost of rebuild this charger??
Between 600-1200€
Is it sometimes possible its just the orange fuses? Phase 2 and 3 is not working on mine
It is never just fuse.

@@evclinickoji si ti kralj. Stvarno sam ponosan iako nisam iz Hrvatske. Inače sam samo dva sata od Zagreba, Bosanski Novi.
