    Aapke workout ki vjh s mne 1 min kam ki thi 1 hafte me m 14:30 m lga rhi hu ab aur meri bhn ne bhi 15:30 p lga rhi h bs ab or km krni h mujhe believe h ye bhi ho jayegi

    2400 meter. Time - 13:06 ayi hai apka workout se pehle ki timming 16:45 thik
    26 din me ayi hai 🙏🙏

      Mtlb aap 400 m running karke thoda rrst krke fr 400 m aise ruk ruk k thoda karna hota h... aap 400 k jgh 600 ya 800 m v kar skti h

    sir meri timing 16 minute aa rhe h 1 mahina pehle 17 atee the dhere dhere 16 tak pahuche h , , es time table ko follow karke 14 minute tak aa to jayege? mera wait 58 kg h aur height 155 cm h mai khud se timing kam sakte hu ya mujhe acadamy join karne ke need h

      Agar aas pas academy hai ya fir koi group ho jisse app group me workout kar sako to timming jaldi kam ho jayegi 👍 agar aas pas koi group ya academy nhi hai ❌ to fir aap khud se bhi kar sakte ho ✅ agr hai to joi kar lo jaldi timming ka ho jayegi 👍

      Apke aas pas koi academy hai to join kar lo aa jayegi timming👍 khud se karogi to bahut time lag jayega apko timming kam karne me 🙏 itna. Time nhi hai physical ke liye 👍
