Your Gunlance play could use a bit more polish, but you're definitely improving. For early MR, Velociprey armour is pretty good to make due to its large number of slots.
I’m already at MR 4 and boy I’m loving the Duel Blades, Gunlance, Hunting Horn and Insect Glave. Got a build for them and hopefully will continue down this road of Master Rank. Rise is my first and I watched some of your videos and subscribed to you. Keep up the good work my dude. Plus the follower quests are so good. I know it ripped off from God Eater but personally I think it’s better than what that game has for the follower thing.
Yeah, absolutely but don’t forget about the returning stuff like the Magalas, crabs and fan favorite flying wyverns. My favorite new design and fight so far has to be Pyrantula Kadaki(idk if that’s the name). I love the devil horns and the overall asthetic. One thing I didn’t like about the new monsters though is how three out of the four new subspecies are fire based and makes it feel a bit repetitive.
Hey Uno hope all is well… weirdly I enjoyed base Rise Khezu fight but. G rank I tend to not fight him that much 😂 he seems a bit more creepy with his new moves and those electric balls have heat seeking abilities cause they always know where you are 😂. Rathian is still pretty easy but I like the follow ups they gave her and she’s always been an enjoyable fight in the few games I’ve fought her in. Are you going to get more into the follower quests???
I understand there's a few monsters i hate fighting too kezu just gives me the creeps narkos also🤣🤣 (MHGU player here but i mean 👀👀 sun break is looking noice might have to cop it love you guys getting new stuff for weapons and such) but i feel you imagine getting paid to create monsters to give peole nightmare fuel wild world we live 🤣
@@Theblackvortex75 I was always more so a lover of Khezu’s crazy weapon design and LR/HR armour design but never really enjoyed the fight especially when he spams his screams and back to back electric stuff but they really creeped me out with his Sunbreak move set 😂 they put a few more mons on my “hate to fight” list either because they just have cheap moves that will hit you regardless or they have annoying mechanics that have AOE annoyance 😂 but yeah you should deff pick up Sunbreak if you like what you see cause I’m really enjoying it a lot
I feel like the difficulty is....different. In MHGU you have to play amazingly without experimenting or anything. Sunbreak I feel I can try things, new weapons, and play styles without being overly punished. So I've been switching it up by adding extra difficulty to myself by not playing a lot minus recording and using weapons besides my mains the whole time.
@@Uno_Hunter True. This is actually what gave me mixed feelings when World/IB and Rise came out. I feel like I can pick up anything and be decent in Gen 5 but GU and its predecessors makes me feel like I need to start a new save just to learn a new weapon. BTW, out of curiousity regarding GU and it's difficulty, is it more or less difficulty having Palicos with you? I have never dabbled with palicos and I feel awkward not being the center of attention of the monster in previous generations and it made me feel that the monsters unpredictable. That is why I managed to play the game solo without any palicos until Ahtal Ka and I might try doing a playthrough with them since I am kinda getting used to them with Rise.
I’m gonna warn you now Uno some monsters feel a bit overtuned in terms of power and speed when you get further. Just remember that tobi and barioth WILL wreck you if you don’t take control! If I can make a suggestion: look into making volvidon armor as it has some very tasty skills that will give you some needed support and negation

Great fight with the gunlance! Out of curiosity, why didnt you use "bullet barrage"?
It isn't available until MR 4 I think it currently it only has erupting cannon and the base game switch skills.

All I know is I've been getting smacked up since I came to Master Rank....minus these 2 hunts.
