Absolutely true rajni. I miss my mom when she is not around. Due to our own lives we do not realize importance to spend time with mom. I remember I was so happy to take my parents for movie.

My mom passed away last year, I used to talk to her about everything even in condition like this,......so I jumped into work ,didn't missed her much.. just keep yourself busy so that you don't have time to think,... and it worked ..until now

HR cost is the biggest cost to company. No company likes to lay off staff but unfortunately it needs to be done to help the company survive.
I have also seen a ETL cases very closely being in Admin. You are right ETL's are part of HR job. This has to be handled professionally.

I had just come back from work from a long day. Things were busy during the whole day. I was sitting on the couch just thinking through the day. Browsing through my phone checking my contacts. Passed my mum name pressed the dial button but realised my mum was not more to take my call. My heart sunk with the very thought I will not see or speak to her again but the second thought that she is with God and in a better place

Sorry to be rude but half of the time concept like this are just script. Most of the people who are directly or indirectly involved with this project are practicing this even in their own life. It is like wishing ur mom Happy Mothers day just to look trendy on social media whereas in reality the distance is like this (--------------------------------------------------------------------------------). Still it is refreshing, after all it is really hard to find a story on relation apart from stereotypical love story....Good job guys.....if possible try to ask the same question to urself first because in this super fast life we are actually missing out something...

Agree priemere productions, i being in legal profession would agree with you words as in most of the matrominal cases wives crib for their son being dotting son even if he gives importance to his wife also as wives generally wants to be most card. I too have a busy life but I treasure my mother a lot, not since the time I’ve lost my father but even since my childhood I’ve been always a worshipper of the duo. Today I’m 27 but whenever my mom calls me up, I leave my class & attend her call, its always me who before my mom calls me I call and ask how’s she doing, having stayed 6 years away from home. Yet I never fail to fly back to her at the first instance I get to go home. I feel my gratefulness towards her and my father’s soul multiplying with every breath of mine.
