WEAR TEST NOTES ❤ (because it didn't fit in the description box haha): Ami Cole Mascara: I was only able to wear this for a few hours, but there was zero signs of smudging or flaking!! It usually takes me a few days to solidify my opinion on mascaras, but so far I'm VERY hopeful & excited about this one!!! Half Magic Eye Gems: These stayed on beautifully & I really appreciated how comfortable they are on the eyes!! In the past when I’ve applied gemstones with lash glue, my eyes get really irritated after a few hours. My eyes weren’t bothered with these!! I’m so happy!! Other Thoughts: The lip oil didn’t have major staying power, but I’m still obsessed with the finish!! I think the oil control primer made me more oily (as expected, that’s just how my skin is), but other than that, the complexion looked really nice & healthy!! Overall I had a good makeup day :) Hope that helps!! xoxo

Can't wait to hear more about hopefully a longer wear test for the A. Cole mascara! I always trust YOU when it comes to mascara. I eventually learned to love the thrive mascara [ my tube in the beginning was to wet but then became just right- took a month] but I am looking for something even better! My lashes then to clump with thrive vs others esp at the tip. And don't brush out well but when it was wet it was too wet lol. I had it in its perfect spot for like two months. I think I need another bottle! But now much more interested in T28 and Cole.
Yes, Merle Norman has been around a long time. I remember when my two brothers and I bought our mom a Merle Norman makeover for her birthday one year. Then I delivered one of her fanciest dresses and pair of shoes to change into at the studio (yes, I prearranged this!), and we all got into a rented limo and took her to a fabulous dinner down in Newport Beach, a real treat for all of us! Great memories! And I still have the beautiful loose powder jar container from the products we let her select and we bought for her. The first loose powder I ever saw, with a fine silk screen filter mesh on top of the product. She looked wonderful, and it's my happiest memory ever of her! I still buy Merle Norman's eyeshadows from time to time. They have a gorgeous velvety sheen that reminds me of Chanel (I do have a few high end products, and these shadows are my favorites), but they're a little less expensive. Thank you Allie for the Merle Norman reminder!
I would love to see you try a full face of Merle Norman! I am 55 and this boutique brand has been around for years. This is probably what most of the girls wore when I was in high school. Would love to see what you think of this line. It would be a fun video.
Merle Norman is a very old brand. In the 80s when I got to start wearing makeup, I was taken to one of their shops to learn how to apply makeup. Many of the other teens were when they reached the age, too. It was considered "special". I don't know if it was all over the country or just in the south. They had some of my favorite lipstick and also had nice options for red heads. Looking lovely today. 🦋
My sister worked there in the early 90s. At that time it was thought of along the same lines as Clinique and Estée Lauder. We still have one in the next town over, got a liquid blush a year or two ago.
The merle norman teakwood blush is gorgeous. I love it. My aunt owned a Merle Norman. They have nice stuff and have been around for a long time. My mom still wears the foundation.
My mom and I started using Merle Norman cosmetics in the 60s. I actually have a high school friend who still manages a MN studio. Those of us who are familiar with Merle Norman are definitely showing our age! 😉
Merle - pronounced Merl, the e is silent - is not an indie brand. They were huge, like Avon. Back in the day, they used to have stores in every mall. But yes it is nice that brands still exist that we thought were gone. ❤️ So much for Allure basing their picks on your channel 😂
I’m so glad to see you try Merle Norman! I have a store by me and I used to use their powder foundation that I LOVED! I just don’t use powder foundation much anymore. I’ve also enjoyed their brushes and their lipsticks! Would love to see you try more from them!
Oh, to be young. You’re so sweet. Merle Norman is not an Indie brand. It’s been around a long time. It was a splurge to buy when I was in high school, and I’m 57. I’m happy to hear that the brand is still around. I think you could only purchase at their independent stores. Are they still around? Love you videos, tutorials and reviews! 🙏🏼💕
Lol she's definitely older than me so I was surprised she didn't know about Merle Norman. Calling it a "small indie brand" is funny 😂 my mom and her friends shopped there. It's cool to know they're still around and winning awards.
The Rare Beauty stick cream bronzer in my opinion should have won the stick bronzer category because the formula and performance is spectacular and unique. Bummed
I love the Tartelette In Bloom palette for the exact reasons you stated. As a girl who only owns a few palettes because I don’t wear eyeshadow often, this one really does have every shade I need to create a nice eyeshadow look when I’m feeling fancy.
Allie: The first Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio opened in 1931 - Santa Monica, CA. In 1932. My mom would always called it the Fancy expensive makeup. She could only afford CoverGirl. When you said Indy Brand, I was thinking, oh no Allie we are going to blow up the comment section and ....yup.
@@mamiemw6418 Yes! Ours was right next to the Donut Shop. I would ask my mom if we could go in that store and she would say, "Oh no, Jackie, that store is only for rich ladies.
Ok. Y’all already came on to say it. I’m 60 next month and my mom used Merle Norman. She also took me there when I was 13 to be shown how to wear makeup. Me, being 13, already knew EVERYTHING, so I wasn’t about that “old ladies” makeup. Her skin looks a million times better than mine and she was a smoker. Not sure about rich people though, we were an average family.
Love your makeup! Can you please consider a video on everyday makeup brushes that are a must? It’s overwhelming how many brushes there are, especially for someone who doesn’t wear a ton of makeup all the time.
You’re adorable. 😂 You called Merle Norman an indie brand but they have been around since the 1930s. I have memories as a kid in the 1980s going to their stores with my mom and grandmother. ❤
Too funny about Merle Norman! Been around forever (I’m 63 and it was an established brand, with stand alone stores all over the country). My entire drill went there for parade make up. But the best story is that when I went to college, my mom bought a gift set and shipped it to me. It had a sold plastic three-compartment tray, which arrived chipped on one handle but I kept it. I still have it and use it daily. Except for lipsticks, lip lines and eye pencils, all cosmetics need to fit in this tray. (This keeps me from over buying.) I know I’ll use this tray all my life. It’s a sweet memory. And those are my Merle Norman stories.
I hope you keep making videos forever and ever. I look forward to them every other day!! Not many RUclipsrs consistently post anymore, so I’m so happy that you still do! 🥰
Dearest Allie, Merle's Norman is not an indie brand but a high end skincare & makeup brand founded in 1931...They have free standing *Boutiques* & also you can buy the Brand thru franchises...I worked for them when I 1st starting modeling at 14, ,I'm 46 now! Luv the ballerina M.N Lip liner & Dior lipstick & oil topper! You looked STUNNING ALLIE 💜💜💜
I think if we knew the true ‘behind the scenes’ of how these winners are chosen, we might lose some faith in the results 😂😂😂 that being said, some good choices this year!

I've always believed that "winners" are products made by companies who spend the most in advertising in the magazine. Doesn't matter which magazine; this is business and it's work, and I imagine beauty editors get bored and run out of original story ideas.
@@reesehood571 That is correct. Brands have to pay to be entered. As a rule of thumb, what ever brands are routinely advertised in the magazine are the brands that are going to be featured as the “winners”. This is how it works for awards shows in general. For example the show “Emily in Paris” won an award because the producers paid for the judges to go to Paris and have a good time. That’s why people were upset when this news came out because it was an unfair win.
Anyone else’s here pleasantly surprised that Merle Norman cosmetics is still in business AND winning Allure awards 🙋🏻♀️? Who’s next, Elizabeth Arden ? 😁 Now, if only someone would bring back the Ultima II line 🙏🏼 because I am always here for that 90’s Nude style 🙌🏼
I loved Ultima II also! They had the Day/Night collections that were a super steal, where you could buy the whole kit for like $30 with any purchase or something like that. I think they are still available overseas.
I can’t believe you didn’t use the blue for the eyeliner ! It would have matched your shirt and it would look so pretty with the brown! I’ve seen a lot of your videos and you seem to always do the same look, would love to see you get colourful.
I started my makeup career at Merle (pronounced: Murl) Norman at the Sunvalley Mall in Concord, CA in 1989. It was one of the stand alone makeup stores back in the day. Pretty cool they're still around. 😊
BRAVO! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this video! Merle Norman has been around at least 50+years they have their own stores. Your mom or grandma might have heard of them. The Ami Cole mascara I've never heard of but it looks bomb on your lashes. I just received my Allure magazine with the list in it but didn't really read thru it, so many products. I love you Allie❤️🩹🐈⬛🐈🐕🐎❤️🩹💯
Just for some common knowledge but you may be able to repair the eyebrow powder using rubbing alcohol. Douse it with alcohol turn in into a thick paste and smooth it back out. Let the compact sit for 24 hours or more to let the alcohol evaporate, buff the top layer out gently and use it again. This trick has saved so many broken powder compacts :)
Things I love from this video: The O/S blush. The Hourglass eyeliner. I have both browns and it’s one of the only brands that stays in the waterline. The new Benefit pencil is my holy grail, but I don’t have to make hairlike strokes so I’m not sure about this for everyone. I do like the Dior lipstick too although not sure it’s my favorite. I do not smell my mascaras 😂 but I love your quirkiness.
Hi, Allie!! I hope you're doing very well!! It was Soooo much fun watching you, and hearing you talk about these awesome products!! You looked actually giddy with joy!! I love your enthusiasm, and excitement over makeup...so much fun to watch, and be a part of!! I adore you, Allie!! Take care! ❤️
Merle Norman was my “holy grail” (except we didn’t call it that back in the day). The solid cream foundation was the only thing that would give me full coverage to hide all my freckles. Oh, to be young again.
I haven't tried the Static nails myself, although I'm definitely curious, but I think you should go down a size (width) for a more natural look. I've had really good luck with the Kiss Nails Impress Color sets. They always recommend going a size down rather than a size up for a more natural look. I think the Static nails last longer but I like the convenience of the Impress Color version (You don't have to apply glue). If you apply them well, they'll last for about a week. If one pops off, there are extras. People always think they're real. That said, if you have nice nails to begin with you don't need the faux nails. My nails are short and brittle so I need the extra help. Especially for a special occasion.
😮oh my gosh!!! Merle Norman is still around ?? That brand is OG and has been around for the longest time!!! There used to be a Merle Norman store in my town like YEARS ago!! I am so shocked that they won an allure award. Wow!
Merle Norman Has a loose mineral foundation that I use as a setting powder. It is beautiful. I always have at least 2 on hand. It is especially beautiful under the eye. Also it is one of the oldest makeup brands around, with high quality products.
Static Nails also sells nail polish and they're fantastic!! I’ve used their polish every week to 10 days for 2 yrs now. Honestly, it's the best polish I've ever used by far! At first I thought it was awfully expensive for the tiny bottles that arrived, but don't let their size fool you, the shape actually allows you to use every drop instead of using half the bottle & having to through the rest away in frustration, because you can't easily reach the polish at the bottom, so you have to do the whole tilt the bottle exercise while trying to hurry to smooth out & finish your nail multiply that by 10 & the add to that, that all that frustration & it chips in the first 24 to 48 hrs & you have to do it all again!😩 Not the case with Static Nails! They solved that problem, you can actually get every single drop of polish & with their base & top coat, my manicure lasts a full 7 - 10 days!🎊 I'm happy to pay a little more money for the ease of use & being able to use everything I'm paying good money for. They have gorgeous colors I especially love Milky Pink on my skin tone, but I truly love them all. It's the only polish I buy anymore. It's well worth the money.
Ugh I think I saw somewhere that the brands kinda lobby or pay to get the products on this list as a marketing thing, which is why there seems to be super new launches included sometimes. I love when you say "ooooo!!!" It makes me feel like genuinely excited about the products too💕 Love you Allie! Thanks for all the great content!!!
This just doubled my Sephora sale list!!! I always look forward to your Allure videos 💜 Also Merle Norman is a true heritage brand! They’ve been around for forever and they make some gorgeous classic products, They’ve been around since the 30s!
Merle Norman cosmetics started in 1931, in Santa Monica, California. Santa Monica is an upscale city in Southern California. It’s on the ocean. It was always a high quality brand that started long before shopping malls existed.
There are so many good affordable blenders out there that do a great job and I also use them all the time but every time I go back and use the og beauty blender, I see a MASSIVE difference, it still does work the best tbh.
I like the Tartelette in Bloom palette for when I'm traveling. Mostly because it's a palette made up of shade staples and transition shades. I rarely use it alone, I mostly use it alongside other palettes that the tones compliment.
Oh my gosh I was watching as I was doing my makeup and when you said tartelette pallet I immediately grabbed mine! There's something about the colors that I love. It was what I used for my wedding!
The NARS Light Reflecting Loose Powder is my favourite powder for setting undereye concealer. I've been using it for years! I love that it doesn't emphasize lines and make the skin look dry. It's very sheer and light.
I remember when the Beauty Blender first came out. My cat stole it and tore it up. I never bought another one. 😂 There are so many other good ones out there.
I have a ton of blenders - Real Techniques used to be my favorite and then I tried ELF's version. I love it! I was shocked I liked it better than the OG.
@@HollowZee I have loved the RT too, that was my go-to for a long time. I have the elf one for under the eyes. My fave for the last few years is the gigantic Sonia Kashuk one. But I recently caved and tried the Stans Out one. It’s pretty darn good so far 🤫
allie!! i feel like since you always ask for our favorites and even do vids w a full face of them, it would be so cool to see one of everyones 2022 favorites! not every single product ofc, but the most recommended ones !!
Merle or an has been a high end Canadian staple for over 30 yrs. It sure where it’s made but there stores are in all our shopping malls. That was my makeup for my wedding😍😍👍🏻👍🏻🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🎉
Omg I'm so happy Nars light reflecting foundation won an award, well deserved 👏, Lancome teint idole concealer is a lovely one and i really like the living proof volume spray aswell
I’m glad you discovered Merle Norman. As evidenced by the comments, it’s always been a quality brand and is nostalgic for most of us. Maybe 5 to 10 years ago, their mineral foundation was considered to be one of the best. I always love your content!
I’m dying at Allie not knowing Merle Norman…I must be old. 😭 One of my best friend’s moms in high school owned a Merle Norman and we’d get our makeup done there for events. Real estate lady makeup 😅
Hi Allie and I am so glad you tried out static nails. I totally understand that the fake nails are not your cup of tea, but I think you would really enjoy there actual nail polishes. They have a beauty chic and colorful range and there formulas are nourishing and help protect your nail beds. I highly recommend you give the nail polishes a shot. I am super curious to see the polishes in action.
I too use the Drunk Elephant body lotion on my face. Thanks to Wayne Goss! Love it and my skin tolerates it beautifully. It’s 25.00 in the U.S. but here in Canada I paid 33.00.
Oh, Allie... You're making me feel so old. Merle Norman has been around for SO long. Back in the 1980s, it was THE high-end makeup store to visit at the mall. (Back then, we all hung out at the mall.) Drugstore brands were far more limited, and department store high-end brands were too pricey. Makeup junkie teenagers like myself could go to the Merle Norman store and get a completely makeover as long as the store wasn't too busy. I still remember the day I'd saved up enough allowance money to actually purchase my first Merle Normal cosmetic product. It's nice to see that they're still around, and they're getting some love.
Merle Norman has been around along time. My mother took me there for my first makeover when I was old enough to to start wearing makeup. (I am 52) My Mom wore only Merle Norman for as long as can remember!
A little late to this video, but I LOVE the baby Yoda mirror!! Also, thank you for sharing your opinions on a wide range of makeup products (both luxury and drugstore). It is overwhelming to choose, especially with all the marketing these days, everything looks the same LOL. Love your videos!
Another great video Allie! I am waiting on the new color in your bags. I have so many but since I don’t have a lot of space I love them for storing my makeup and skincare items.
Honestly, for the best, Inexpensive lip balm, I use The Naked Bee Orange Blossom Honey Lip Balm. I found that at Ace Hardware, with the rest of their line. I put this in at night before bed & it stays on all night. Also use it in winter before I go out anywhere to protect my lips. I’m 59 & this works very well for me. I’m sure other stores carry this too.
I agree with so many of these! It’s cool to see your faves win! Never been much of a shadow stick fan (I do have hooded eyes so maybe that’s why) but otherwise, I enjoy most of these 💖
I really enjoyed watching this video and the look is beautiful! I am surprised about the tartlet in bloom since it’s an older palette, but I do own it and use it occasionally. 😊 love how this look tuned out. I feel like I have to try the NARS foundation.
I got hook on the Nars foundation after watching your videos. So far it’s the best foundation I have tried. Love your videos, very genuine and your honest reviews ❤️❤️❤️
I received the item beauty blue mascara in an ipsy bag and I fell in love with it! the formula is AMAZING. I wanted to purchase the regular black mascara but wasn't sure if the formula would b the same.
I’m a long time subscriber to the ALLURE beauty box subscription and every year I’m sent an email to submit my favorite product from each category. There are say 3-5 suggestions per category! There used to be a line where you could submit your own choice but I believe last few years it’s preselected in the survey .
That’s kinda disappointing… But I get it. The market is so saturated with products they would end up with like 15 votes for everything in existence lol.
Merle Norman has been around forever. It was one of my mother's favorite makeup brands and she's 70, so that gives you an idea. Was not an indie brand. Incredibly popular internationally.
Merle Norman is like 100 years old flash from the past. Lol, Allie is so cute. Regarding the Tower 28, that is called politics, Tower 28 does advertising with them, and they get promised slots in promotional space for the magazine. You are the best Allie, I was excited for this one!
Ok, after having it in my cart for weeks, I finally bought the Tower 28 mascara. I've seen it everywhere and you and Katie Jane Hughes have just been raving about it for weeks, and now it won the award. So now I HAD to do it.
I bought the Tower 28 mascara thanks to Allie's suggestion. I absolutely love how it went on, it didn't clump and I really like the applicator. Sadly it started flaking after a few hours, I was so disappointed. I also watched a movie that night that made me cry and I looked a fright with the mascara everywhere under my eyes. It's not waterproof so I wasn't expecting it not to run though. I'm going keep trying it, if it didn't flake I would give it a 9! I normally use the Sky High mascara and love it overall.
I got the shades 1, 3, and 4 in the Clarions Lip Oil that I received free in exchange for review when they were about to release and I fell in love with them. The colors are soo sheer which I like cause I can't wear bright or bold colors usually, but they really are sooo comfortable wearing and my favorite lip oils I've ever tried! I knew as soon as I seen you show the package that you would love them as well!
Your eye shape is amazing! I wish mine looked like yours! And the mascara reminds me of the UD Lash Freak. I know the wand on that one is goofy, but it looks great on!
I saw your whole video and you did such a fantastic job on presenting all the products and keeping it all interesting, WELL DONE 👏 ✔️ ♥️🥰 There are a lot of fantastic products and I'm so glad to be inspired to try new ones ✨️ thank you so much for that 😊 💖
I really enjoy watching this video! btw if you like a sugar body scrub maybe you should try from Soap&Glory, the Smoothie Breakfast Scrub one. I fell in love at the first time use it.

Merle Norman is classic pageant makeup! They are the queens of pancake foundation and have been around for years! You should do a deeper dive! ❤
It isn't only cream/pancake makeup these days, they have approximately 15 various formulas now. Powders, creams, liquids.
Haha my thought too….
Got my ears pierced at one of their stores when I was 12!
Same here, but with my Godmother. I loved it!
Does anyone else need an Allie Awards roundup video? 🙋♀️😂
Milli: She does variations of these all year.
Allie-ure Awards 💡😁
Yes.
Yesss!!!!
@@rachey9125 it was a joke…😂
Caryn G: they are still around.
I hope you keep making videos forever and ever. I look forward to them every other day!! Not many RUclipsrs consistently post anymore, so I’m so happy that you still do! 🥰
Dearest Allie,
Merle's Norman is not an indie brand but a high end skincare & makeup brand founded in 1931...They have free standing *Boutiques* & also you can buy the Brand thru franchises...I worked for them when I 1st starting modeling at 14, ,I'm 46 now! Luv the ballerina M.N
Lip liner & Dior lipstick & oil topper! You looked STUNNING ALLIE 💜💜💜
Your natural nails are just beautiful. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it!
Awww thank you!! 🥰
Omggg Merle Norman is still in business???? Holy cow !! 30+ years ago...no wonder you haven't heard of it.
Merle Norman is a huge brand, similar to Mary Kay, but it's an older company. I laughed when you said, "small indie brand." So cute how young you are!
@Anda oh, then let me try out YOUR channel… I am very curious
I think if we knew the true ‘behind the scenes’ of how these winners are chosen, we might lose some faith in the results 😂😂😂 that being said, some good choices this year!
*Every Step of Allure's Best of Beauty Testing Process Explained* "In case you’ve ever seen that little red seal and thought, What does this mean, anyway? To us, it means eight months, thousands of products, several dozen testers, a whole lot of wet wipes, and an immense sense of pride (and relief) come September. This year, we're taking readers behind the scenes for our annual Best of Beauty Awards to show exactly how our editors narrow down the list of winners. BY ALLURE STAFF September 17, 2019" Look it up. ; )
I've always believed that "winners" are products made by companies who spend the most in advertising in the magazine. Doesn't matter which magazine; this is business and it's work, and I imagine beauty editors get bored and run out of original story ideas.
so basically brands have to pay to even enter! so the choices are limited!
I came looking for this comment. It's basically paid PR efforts from the big companies, unfortunately.
They still have stores here in TN!
I loved Ultima II also! They had the Day/Night collections that were a super steal, where you could buy the whole kit for like $30 with any purchase or something like that. I think they are still available overseas.
I love the huda blush sticks! They look so pretty on mature skin! (I'm 45) I can't stop wearing them!
I can’t wait to try all of the shades!! They’re so pretty!! 🤩
You’re such a soothing person to listen to and I really appreciate you, Allie! 😊
Merle Norman was started in the 1930’s. Definitely not a small indie brand. lol. Great video!!!! Loved seeing you try so many things from the list. ❤
I’ve been obsessed with Static nails for years my favorite hands down!!
Wow!
You ended up looking like a beautiful princess and/or ballerina! Love the look! 💙
Merle Norman has been around forever. They are stand alone stores. My grandmother shopped there when I was growing up. ;)
I love that so much 😭💕
I missed your longer videos so much!!! I'm so happy
There are so many good affordable blenders out there that do a great job and I also use them all the time but every time I go back and use the og beauty blender,
I see a MASSIVE difference, it still does work the best tbh.
Marle Norman has been around since the 80’s. They use to have stores in the malls. I use some of their products.
Would love to see you do a comparison of half a face of the high end winners & half a face of the drugstore winners!
I love love when you post these each year. I’m always looking for suggestions in these videos ❤
I use the Lancôme lash primer before any mascara and I swear it helps to keep from smudging/flaking!
Thanks Allie for reviewing these! Your long videos are really fun also, so they’re a joy to watch. LOVE the rhinestones ❤️✨
Allie, can you please do an Allure Winners Clean Beauty video like this one? I always appreciate your honest reviews. Thank you!
I remember when the Beauty Blender first came out. My cat stole it and tore it up. I never bought another one. 😂 There are so many other good ones out there.
Y'all can get those great Paw Paw blenders at Shop Miss A & many other great items
@@CowGirlKat8691 love the PawPaw beauty blenders. I think the actual beauty blenders are overpriced and overrated.
@@CowGirlKat8691 I love Shop Miss A. They have great little eyeshadow palettes with 4-6 shades for $1.80 to right around $3!
The Chantecialle a mask is incredible! I’ve never had a product like it!
Merle or an has been a high end Canadian staple for over 30 yrs. It sure where it’s made but there stores are in all our shopping malls. That was my makeup for my wedding😍😍👍🏻👍🏻🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🎉
Merle Norman has been around for a million years 😂it’s very old .. I used to wear some of their stuff years ago. How funny it’s still around !
So glad to see One Size on the list!! I’m obsessed with this brand!
With the bronze smoky eye and those rhinestones, you look dance competition ready!
I don’t know why I like it so much every time you look to the side. I just think it looks so cute 🥰
The subtle pink pairs well with the brown!
Never been much of a shadow stick fan (I do have hooded eyes so maybe that’s why) but otherwise, I enjoy most of these 💖
Merle Norman is actually a really old high end brand,my grandmother loved their products 🥰
Am I your grandmother? ❤
I really enjoyed watching this video and the look is beautiful! I am surprised about the tartlet in bloom since it’s an older palette, but I do own it and use it occasionally. 😊 love how this look tuned out. I feel like I have to try the NARS foundation.
Cant stop looking at your lips! That's such a lovely, fresh lip combo, hope you can create a makeup look around it!
Ahh that's so great! I recently discovered sunnies face, and I really enjoyed it.
Merle Norman has been around forever. It was one of my mother's favorite makeup brands and she's 70, so that gives you an idea. Was not an indie brand. Incredibly popular internationally.
I remember playing with my moms eyeshadow 🥰
Lol yeah I'm surprised she's never heard of it before. Definitely not a "small indie brand" 😂
Loved seeing you experiment and get excited in this video!
Your excitement about the Nars foundation is the best 🥰
Merle Norman is like 100 years old flash from the past. Lol, Allie is so cute. Regarding the Tower 28, that is called politics, Tower 28 does advertising with them, and they get promised slots in promotional space for the magazine. You are the best Allie, I was excited for this one!
Merle Norman is old school. I wore their foundation (cream to powder compact) and they have tons of good products
I’ve been looking for some new products to boost my makeup routine, thanks for posting!
Merle Norman use to be very well known, kind of Estée Lauder vibes. Still popular in a lot of smaller towns.
Yes, they look like pop on nail!
I find you to be so relaxing and kind and sincere 😌
I saw your whole video and you did such a fantastic job on presenting all the products and keeping it all interesting, WELL DONE 👏 ✔️ ♥️🥰
There are a lot of fantastic products and I'm so glad to be inspired to try new ones ✨️ thank you so much for that 😊 💖
I bought the NARS Light Reflecting Foundation cos you kept raving about it. Definitely an amazing buy! My favorite foundation to date.
I really enjoy watching this video! btw if you like a sugar body scrub maybe you should try from Soap&Glory, the Smoothie Breakfast Scrub one. I fell in love at the first time use it.
