Color Correction is simply correcting the colors of shot as how they looked in real. for example if you shoot something in blue light, camera will give a certain bluish tone to every color in shot. But you know that these colors are not correct in shot. so you adjust them to make them more look like real. Color Grading is more of what mood you want in your footage. Which colors you want to keep, which colors to get rid of. for example if you are shooting autumn, you will want the colors in shot to be yellowish and orange. So, you desaturate other colors or change the hue. you can look up to different color schemes (colors that look good together in a shot). like analogous colors, monochromatic etc Hope it helped.
