In such a situation, the musician Chitragupta got along, the famous musician of that era, SN Tripathi.Music composer Chitragupta had shown his talent in 11 years. Success was yet to fall in his hands. There were some films that were flops, but the magic of Chitragupta's music remained intact.The unprecedented success of Bhojpuri film 'Balam Pardesiya' in 1979 brought the master of Purvanchali music, Chitragupta, and his music to a place where Bhojpuri cinema is still indebted to his music. Even today, because of the songs of Bhojpuri cinema composer His songs are still for Bhojpuri cinema..For his music, there is a benchmark which no other musician could touch and those songs are:
These songs of composer Chitragupta, 'Hey Ganga Maiya Tohe Piyari Chadhabo', are the burden of Bhojpuri language beyond the limits of music and its linguistic ornamentation.Everything has an end. Time had changed. 1980s, but Chitragupta did not give up, he also experimented with new singers, including songs by singer Runa Laila and songs by Alisha Chinai.
His last film was 'Insaaf Ki Manzil' released in 1988. In which Alisha Chinai also was sung.

And on 14 January 1991, death snatched away from us the burden of melodious music.The history of Hindi cinema and its music, though never gave immortal musician Chitragupta the respect it deserves. But composer Chitragupta has given so much to Hindi cinema with his music, which is probably not within the power of Hindi cinema to return.

बहुत उत्कृष्ट कृति। चित्रगुप्त जी ने 77 rpm रिकॉर्ड के स्पेस को ध्यान में रखते महादुर्गा आरती फिल्म नवदुर्गा के लिए बनाई थी जिसमे सभी नौ दुर्गा के रूप का बखान है। ये दुर्लभ भक्ति gan स्वयं स्व चित्रगुप्त ने गाई। "" जय जय कार करो माता की आओ शरण भवानी की, एक बार फिर प्रेम से बोलो जय दुर्गा महारानी की...... ""। वो एक मात्र संगीतकार माने जाते थे जो उनके साजिंदो के साथ रह कर उनके सुख दुख मैं जीते थे। AVM प्रोडक्शन की वो धार्मिक फिल्म थी "" शिव भक्त"" जो को एस डी बर्मन ने उन्हें दिल वाई थी। फिर AVN के द्वारा बनाई गई बहुत सारी फिल्मों मैं वो रहे, AVM का बैनर उन्हे फला फूला। उनकी अधिकांश फिल्मों मैं एक संदेश गीत जरूर होता था जो बैकग्राउंड मैं बजता था v दर्शकों को विभोर बनाता था। इस पर वीडियो जरूर बनाएं। आनंद मिलिंद जी से काफी जानकारी मिलेगी

Very nice humble introduction of musician who also was professor in economics,down to earth person also went through fierce competition for work,internal powerful interdependent groups working as close groups.passion and profession both are full time jobs and can not co dominate.He let go steady work and income and chose highly competitive irregular work from closed industry .He lived his choice till last breath.he paid the price...hefty in terms of health,and competitive and stressful demands of movie industry .I see these lives as deep source of wisdom,and introspection and personal learning.

Of course he was not awarded with any award but he and his songs are still alive in our hearts and minds whether they are in hindi or bhojpuri languages.Some songs from movies Ganga Ki Lehrein,Patang,Bhabhi, Unche Log,Balam Pardesia etc.etc.are alive in our hearts and minds . Tumhi ho mata pita ...A best prayer almost sung in every primary school till yet took us to our childhood. .O more Suganva (Parrot ,तोता ) re is a bhojpuri song from Balam Pardesia reminding me my name Sugan. In bhojpuri movies Sujit Kumar and Kumkum were popular actor and actress then.I had watched approximately every old bhojpuri movie. I don't like bhojpuri movies of nowadays. A VERY VERY BIG GREAT SALUTE TO CHITRAGUPT JI FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTION WITHOUT HAVING ANY WISH OR DESIRE TO WIN OR GET ANY AWARD.He is still and yet alive in our hearts and minds with his songs and music is a Biggest Award To Him. Reliability of Awards is contraversial. I don't have faith in any films award.Yours is a best presentation.
