I just shot that video and need to get it edited up. I'm running a little behind in posting, but I will get it up there.

What is wrong if you lift the motor and nothing shows on the screen and no rotatation, just air? Is it the cord still or was it installed wrong? We have never used our electric motors but tried some new handpieces and one room wouldn't work at all. Also can the operator table be closer to the dental unit on this style?

It sounds like you may either have a incorrectly installed handpiece tubing (check the wire order against board color references), have a hanger valve problem (the display should say what handpiece is lifted) or you may have a incorrect instrument hanging in the valve for that handpiece. I have seen it happen, so it is worth checking.
You can call ADEC for free and talk to tech support for delivery units and they can give you solid help as well. 1-800-547-1883
As far as arm length, you may be able to adjust rotational stops, but the length is generally set.

@@DentalEquipmentRepairChannel Yeah ADEC have excellent tech support. I had zero experience with dental chairs and they walked me through how to fix a hydro-statically locked chair.
