Hello, When i try to extrude whole sketch is selected instead of some curve. Sketch is not extruding. I am getting error of " The input section is not valid." Please guide.
Ok so I found that when you click extrude a text box will appear in the ribbon that says "infer curves" change this to "region boundary curves" and then you can pick sections of the sketch to extrude
@@josephfeck3191 Fortunately there is someone that knows how NX works. Without this explanation I should never solve this problem. My question is: how could some people like that make a video tutorial, I've no words
i think you could have figured out by now. At the top you select single curve. there are variety of options in this drop down. You can understand them intuitivelly

Try timing the circle as he did to make the sketch parts independent
Same thing happens to me. An explanation of how only one section of the curve is being selected instead of the whole sketch would be nice.

solidworks is way better in everything
I think the same thing, in Solidworks we can do It in 3 minutes.

Inventor daha kulanisli. Ve funktionlari daha kolay. Siemens NX 12 le calisiyorum. bir senedir. Inventor kulanmayi daha cok tercih edip seviyorum.
