    Oh Brother,
thanks for putting this HowTo out. It's cool that we don't have to install anything over on the PC (e.g myServer) for this to work. Just create a share folder and credential for write access to this folder.
    Missing from this Video:
    1. When scanning, on your Brother machine the funtion you want to use is "Scan to Network", on my machine the icon that look like a yellow folder with a connection to a network wire. Do Not chose "Scan to File" this will Not work.
Also, for those with network printer and scanner:
    1. It is common practice in the IT world to use static IP for network appliance (e.g printer and scanner). We'll allowcate a range of IP address (usually in the lower digit (ex: .11 to .19)) for printer, router... Life is much easier this way.
    2. We also name our device geographically. Ex. if the office is somewhere in California, then the northern printer would be SanFran, and the southern printer would be Tijuanna, the one on top floor is McKinney, and the one in the basement is DeathValley.
    3. These printer is very easy to hack and security is practically nill, so do not place any "admin" credential in the machine, make a lowgrade account to a write-only share folder, and have every antivirus gun barrel you can put your hand on pointing there.
    - Best wish, may the scanner god be with you.

Thank you so much for clarifying that 'Authentication Setting' is the Computer's sign in info! I tried my email address/password, someone else's video on RUclips advised that area is the router info, SMH! WHEW, finally connected to network folder :)
