David Tress at Messum's, October 2021

The new exhibition at Messum’s Studio follows David Tress from the west coast of Scotland, across the Yorkshire Moors and then south, exploring the sacred landscapes marked by Neolithic burial mounds and medieval pilgrim routes through Wiltshire before returning to the ragged inlets and rocky coastline of Pembrokeshire which have been his home for over forty years. Having seen all of David Tress' previous shows at Messums, it's a shame I will miss this one as Marlow is not accessible to me. I love the work though.
