The song "Ne Shkoder te vish" is actually an Azerbaijani song. The real name of the song is "Sənə də qalmaz". The music belongs to Azerbaijani composer Tofiq Guliyev, and the lyrics to Rasul Rza. This song was performed for the first time by the famous Azerbaijani singer Rashid Behbudov in 1957. Please, note that the song you are performing on youtube is a cover version of the Azerbaijani song. We also asked your colleague Rovena Dilo to do lika that. But, she ignored what we wrote and even shamelessly noted that it was written by an Albanian composer. Based on our numerous complaints, Rovena's video was removed from the RUclips channel. Azerbaijan has already officially applied to the authorities for copyright. Rovena will have to answer for this action! We hope that you will not act like Rovena. Best Regards…

Yes, this is true! I have searched and seen and heard it on RUclips. Even though it was orchestrated and sung very beautifully in Shkoder, Albania! but it is not a Shkodran song! I am sorry to say this even though I am from Albania.

But it sounds better in Albanian!
So what if an Azerbaijan composer came up with melody first?
We liked the melody and changed the text to suit Albanian audience, and they like it because they understand because they understand it.
If they listen to an original Azerbaijan version it wouldn't be so popular.
You should be proud that Azerbaijan song is interpreted into orher languages anyway.

Who cares? That "composer" got it from someone most likely.

The song a shamelessly plagiarized one. The authentic author of this song called "Sənə də qalmaz" is Azerbaijani composer Tofik Kuliyev. See the link to the original performance dated 1957 - ruclips.net/video/ZZs8CWifZXM/видео.html
