@01:01:15 Ther is a slight delay between the two images. Can someone explain why ?

Different video feeds and signal routing

Those two cameras are on completely different vehicles... one on the booster facing forward and one on the second stage facing aft. They use two separate video encoders, and two separate communications links. Each is going to "buffer" some amount of video to try and smooth out any hiccups in the video stream... but the two buffers may not exactly match up, since it's totally separate hardware and links. This can cause the slight difference you see in exact timing. We encounter this all the time with our cameras at launches and all around Starbase.. there are technologies to resynchronize everything on the receiving end, but often the delay is so small it doesn't make sense to add extra \ complexity (and expense, for us) to the system. - Das
