Future sight
Gardevoir Future Sight is my favourite build, it is so satisfying when you hit your future sights. I personally prefer psychic over Moonblast, it slows your opponent enough to hit your future sights and gives some Spdef drops for more damage too. It can also be used to wall of some opponents, because it stays on the ground for a bit, together with future sight you can just stop opponents from getting close to your allies 😊

I'm noticing that this moveset might be really good on a team with a lot of stun. Jake's team here was Sableye, Buzzwole, Trevenant and Delphox, all of which have lots of stun making it vary easy to land those future sights!
Also on an unrelated note, my favorite mage right now is A9. The buffs to blizzard were insane and it feels so nice to just one shot a Cinderace or something! I had a game where I managed to gap BOTH JUNGLERS from bot lane! Too bad that game ended in a loss because my team lost top lane so badly that there was no recovery. Ah matchmaking! Putting me against a 64% winrate Umbreon!
Future Sight also works really well with team comps that can hold the front lines well so you can unload damage freely from the back lines. The comp in this video does just that because Buzzwole and Trev can really stun and keep the enemy at bay.

@@michaelvl494a good gardevoir players can stun enemies for long... Especially if you run cooldown set for gard... You hit enemies continuously... You don't need to have a ally team who can stun enemies...
@@decehue I'm talking about team synergy that maximizes Future Sight damage potential. Have fun dealing with Dodrio, Urshifu, and Zoroark as Garde if you have no teammates that can stun as well.
I just love Gardevoir. She’s so fun to use and can build her many ways. I love this build, and Psyshock and Moonblast. Both builds are rlly fun‼

Future sight feels better during fights, but it is just so hard to clear farm. I wish it got some type of reset on wild pokemon.
They should probably just reduce the cooldown on miss by 1-2s since it doesn't reset on wilds, that said I do think it should also probably be given to Psyshock and also slow enemies very slightly as compensation
Maybe I should try future sight but ever since Gardevoir first came out I always preferred psyshock.
I can never get the hang of psyshock, always misses some of them
same here. the future sight build is strong but you really gotta know how to use it. psyshock is much more simple
My favorite mage type Pokemon has become Delphox in the last month and has quickly became one of my mains. I dig their vibe with using a stick/wand and shooting out massive damage with range on fire spins and fire blast. We definitely need more mage type Pokemon like Del and Garde.
Stored power Espeon with future sight has been my favourite for a while!
Always loved icy wind glaceon. The dashes and the damage make it so fun. But for Garde even if I go with moonblast i usually run psyshock just for the damage.
I like mages with stun/cc builds. Garde, Delphox, Espeon.

Gotta love me some Surf Hurricane Cram, just super fun to play and getting those 1 shot combos off is soooo satisfying. Cram is 1 of my mains and I love him almost more then Jake

Teeny beany baby tip from a Gardevoir main; in your first jungle clear utilize your boosted basic. It temporarily decreases enemy special defense so your confusion will do more damage and you clear a bit faster. :)

QotD I love mage A9. The constant stuns and pushes is just crazy and nobody can touch you if you play well (which I can't lol)

MWPOTV: My favorite Mage type Pokemon is currently Delphox. I like Fire Blast/Flame Charge. Mystical Fire is great, but I often find I want to hit someone behind the enemy Defenders or Supporters. Fire Blast can't be body blocked
Currently loved to play delphox. Such a fun mage pokemon. Especially the mystical fire flame charge build

Thing is you can also do that damage with psyshock... the ability to move the attack while casting is why PS beats FS for me.

I've been playing a lot of A9 and sniper Venu lately
my main since launch- highest winrate and kdr but struggles a little bit to solo objective, which is not really a negative since you're not really supposed to anyway- that's my glaceon lol
I love gardivoir and you could count mystical fire sylveon as a mage I love her too
It's hard to say but rn the eevees are taking the game. Glaceon is a menace. Espeon is doing really well too. Gard is pretty good as well. The only value I see from Del is it's unite it can come in clutch. Ninetails is not really a problem to deal with. Idk. I'm a dodrio main right now but with the eevee event I've had to play them and they are the best right now.
Now I can proudly say that I am Gardevoir main
Gardy is by far my best mage carry and wr. Moonblast/psyshock full cd is my favorite although a bit underwhelming in this metal so I play psychic/psyshock. very devastating.
Candle is the hottest mage in the game right now… been having so much success with it. Overheat/floating patio
A9 is a lot of fun rn. But yeah, kudos for Spragels playing the classy lady herself. She's a boss and you gotta dive her hard to stop her from massacring the whole squad.
I don't play mage type pokemon i only play melee style pokemon (speedester in most case with absol)

i used to like psy shock espy, solar beam vinu and mystical fire sylv.
psychic and power swap mime is pretty fun but i don't think it can do anything, they gotta give him abit love.
as for future sight gard i think the move needs to have lower cd for it to work better vs mobs, 6 seconds is toooo long.

I only ever run future sight cause the target switches locations you can move the ability better
And speedboost comes in handy cause gardevoir is super slow

the meta is ruled my mage characters and urshifu and zacian!! Why are you saying it's not
@@kevinkarthik3329 true it’s a Mage meta (sorta **cough cough Zacian) BUT certain mages , not ALL mages are meta.
@@sean7923 glaceon, chandelure, garde,espeon ninetails delphox are all pokemon that are performing well. Most defenders are also doing well. Many all rounders are not going well such as tsareens, tyrnaitar(although ttar can be menacing when you manage your levels well)dragonite, aegislash, azumarill, lucario. allrounder are not doing that well except zacian and urshifu who are broken. CHarizard is doing fine. Meta is full of ranged special attackers and defender and supports.
@@kevinkarthik3329 “performing well” doesn’t automatically equate to meta. Please learn what you are talking about before bein loud and wrong. A9 isnt “meta” just because you see them in YOUR games. Instead of insertin wrong opinions, UniteAPI is a handy resource.
My favourite mage was mew because he was fun to play with, but after so many nerfs and huge cooldown he became weak and extremely clunky to play with. I'm having more fun with gardevoir tbh

Midway question: I'm having an identity crisis with regards to my favourite mage... Psychic/FS Gardevoir is my safest bet, Blizzard/Avalanche A. Ninetails is fun (albeit squishy), and I wish I was better at mew because it feels so good when it works.

I tried this, then a bulbasaur stopped me from evolving before the 9 minute mark leading to a downward spiral for the rest of the match, couldn't kill, couldn't evolve, and lost my first ranked game.

If my enemies always grouped up like when i play future sight garde , and we had tanks and cc, disrupters it's a cakewalk getting 140k
I just did 14200+ damage with gardevoir in master 1700+, but forgot to save replay 😞

Future Sight has always been my favorite Gardevoir build and I've never understood why people don't play it because it's kinda cracked

Decidueye & greninja and gardivore it's my main pokemons form Pokemon unite
I dont like psyshock's movement requirements. I almost always play that build. There are so many situations where you will just get a kill.. or force them to turn back and your team gets the kill. Plus its instant reset when you ult.

This is how I feel about it too. Psyshock is a strong zoning option, I can't imagine giving that up for Future Sight.
Future sight has always been the more fun build. Psyshock feels cheap lol
