Diva-GIS wasn’t available at this time of viewing this video. (Temporary unavailable) but I had a larger map data. Was able to use the select by rectangle tool to cut of the polygon I needed. Anyone got an idea of how to select a very large data (for an sample of a country) to scale to the cropped out study area(a state region of the country) Jus’ need that particular dataset and everything other thing can go.

@@ENGSchoolThanks for the quick response. I jus’ tried it by clipping the state dataset with my already clipped out polygon but it ended up emptying the attribute table (of which is the most important and major data I need to work with)

First opend diva gis and downloaded
After that confusion starts need support
Hello, there is no missed step, normally I uploaded the shapefile to ArcMap, but you have to connect the folder you saved the shape file in to arcmap, then you can upload the shapefile to ArcMap.
