I'm a glass is refillable kind of a guy who wants to learn more about how others are applying AI to their coaching. This Is Wonderful!

The simple things in life are often the most brilliant. Any boss undertaking change or, even an annual performance appraisals, would be well served in understanding these well researched concepts. A well presented video. Thanks to Dr. Orem.

Sounds really manipulative if you ask me. It's a sneaky way of soliciting compliance and conformity to change that many people don't agree with. In the end you are helping corporate management dictate their change with little or no negative backlash from front line workers. Tell me, have there ever been labour union reps invited to your AI seminars?
AI's main agenda is top down style management with as much power and control in the hands of corporate elite while workers just comply and adapt to the changes no matter how ruthless as dictated by management. These might even include mass terminations and increasing the workload on remaining employees. This is exactly what went down in the education organization I worked for when I saw 14 talented technicians lose their jobs so a bunch of corporate Communications middle management could be hired. And people just like you came in to help make it happen smoothly and without protest. To make us stop thinking about the poor souls who just lost their life time careers... and just focus on the positives of the new structure, lest we be labelled negative and disruptive.
