Hi... Sometimes I go for mid distance one day trip...approx 500km...Bt the problem is, through the end of the ride, i suffer back and knee pain...How to manage it? Have you suffered this kind of problems ever? I have tried painkillers. But you already know it not good for regular use.
We assume it is do with your physical fitness, start jogging or Brisk walk and do some lower back strengthening excercise and have more protein. After doing regular riding for couple of week rides we also feel this, since for two weeks we hardly get to exercise and have proper meals, hope you ride more n more and solve this issue.
