I don't think he deserved the win. The fact that he had to make a comeback just means Overtriforce outplayed him earlier on in the match, and he still missed the rest, even if only by 1 pixel.
In every single smash game after Melee, a phantom hit is a missed hit, so a phantom is essentially free damage. Therefore I think it was stupid for Overtriforce to SD there. It showed a lot of respect to his opponent, but it was still stupid
