Second Question : I placed a virtual dollar account into the account but not the name of the viŕtual dollar account is not what is on the account but the account is approved but the bank account name verification is still on pending review

Very simple transfer to WISE account.
You can not receive fund from wise to naira account in nigeria. It only works with domiciled account and not all banks support wise transfer.
