If you honestly think that, you should be asking why the Conservatives consistently put joke candidates in for mayor, and why they're not trying to win it. I like Khan, but even I acknowledge that the opposition failing to make an effort is undemocratic and leaves Khan unchecked.

As an outsider looking in, doesn't Mr Khan embody calm assurance? The Conservative candidate is delusional, the other two people are vying for third and some of there policies should be embraced by Mr Khan.

If you vote Reform/SDP/Lib-dem or for any other candidate, Khan will win again, it will split the anti-Khan vote.
The ONLY was to get Khan out is to vote for the person most likely to beat him, which happens to be Sarah Hall the Conservative candidate.

We did have a "fair rent" system in London in the 1980s. Our landlord in Fulham tried to increase the rent when the flat was in poor state of maintenance. We had it "fair rented" - assessed by the local council - and he was told our rent was fair and he could not put it up. So it stayed the same.
