HI DOM I LOVE YOUR WORK BUT PLZ MAKE A FULL DELAILED VIDEO IN CHOOSEING PERFECT COLOUR PALLTE FOR ILLUSTRATION AND MAKE OUR ILLUSTRATION MORE ATTRACTIVE LIKE HIGHLIGHT AND SHADOW ETC.
Hi! I'm new in the design world and I love the way how you teach; looks so easy that it makes me feel that I can, and finally I do, but like in twelve hours, lol. Watching u from Colombia 🇨🇴 🙌
Thanks so much for all of your videos Dom... They're brilliant :-) If I want to export a png from Illustrator for POD like on Redbubble does it matter how many layers I have or do pngs just upload as one graphic? Thanks heaps :-)
Hi this is my first video. I understand everything else except for how you deleted the piece of the donut at 4:04. When I delete the anchor, it just goes up
Hi! That might be a bug with Ai. I suggest to try again. Make sure you add an anchor point with the Pen Tool and then delete the other points with the Direct Selection Tool :)
Hey, I have two questions: 1 Can I do this with Adobe Photoshop? 2 Is it necessary to draw a shape, but can I bring a picture and draw on it likewise in order to get the same design that you do?
the pro of illustrator is that this is vector, and in photoshop you have it in jpg. This is scalable - can make 200x zoom and still looks good. jpgs wont.
Vector and raster illustrations are different! Both look fantastic, but it depends what you want to do with the drawing once completed. Its much easier to resize a vector illustration! :)
