It definitely stands out, especially with the pirates that attack occasionally. I don't know if them attacking has a impact on the rating of customer reviews. If not then you could just ignore them I guess, But all in all it was a fun map. (The next one...might be a different story though.)
I know there are rats outside the jewellery store heist. I think killing one gets you an achievement too. As for the maps, I think the bar map (oac) is heavily inspired for esco bar heist, not exact but some hint here and there.

I mean I have every single skill on Tier 3 every single weapon with every single upgrade every tool and every protection west, what to do now? Also another question: which mod menu do you use for one armed cook? You have over 1 billion $ in 1:00
So to answer your questions: with one armed robber, after unlocking everything, I would ask do you have all the achievements? If not you could work towards getting all of them if you want something to do/want to keep playing the game until the next update. The 1 billion dollars in one armed cook can be explained by selecting Free play, which doesn't have an end goal. (like goal to make 250 dollars and all the other task....number of plates washed, number of trash thrown away...etc) So if you hit free play rather then the challenge mode, the game gives you unlimited money, a way for you to practice the level. So no mod needed. (I do this normally on all my one armed cook videos to get a feel of the map and recipes before do the challenge mode to earn star rating.) -Thanks for the comment! They should bring some of the kitchens from one armed cook into one armed robber, it would be easy and would make a cool map
